how to glow up

i have like, a million posts about glowing up but one more won't harm anyone.

1. oral health

brush your teeth 2x a day for 2 minutes. use mouthwash. and, don't let your teeth rot until your next dentist appointment.

2. daily movement

always move around. this should be obvious, but you can't just lay in your bed all day scrolling on your phone. go on a walk, do yoga, or an actual workout. but you have to move.

3. work on your confidence

some good youtubers to watch for your confidence journey are: tam kaur, thewizardliz, persephonesmind, eléonora oxa, manifestelle, lenalifts, trindingtopic, simonesquared, and sheraseven. now, don't expect to just stop caring overnight. it'll take a while, but it'll be worth it.

4. give yourself your dream wardrobe

girl, please stop wearing that shirt with a band that you don't even listen to. it's not embarrassing to wear the same thing multiple times, but sometimes it's just too much. save up your allowance to go shopping. or, get your birthday and/or xmas wishlist ready with clothes you want.

Part Ⅰ : manifesting abilities

Isn't it wonderful, I always get everything I want within seconds? I don't chase I attract. My self concept has always been perfect, I've always been manifesting the right way. Everything and anything I do works out for me. Everything always works out in my favour. One Favourable thought is more than enough for me to manifest. Manifesting has always been easiest thing for me. No matter what happens, It's written in the moon and stars that I always get exactly what I want. My manifesting abilities are beyond comprehension. Whatever I want I always get it. Regardless of doubts or intrusive thoughts I manifest effortlessly. Regardless If i react to 3d or not I manifest effortlessly. I love being so flexible about manifesting because I know everything I do will work out in my favour. I am bound to succeed every single time. I am limitless. I am infinite. I am powerful. I am confident I'll get everything I want and nothing and no one can get in the way. I am literally such a master manifestor. I just breathe and everything I want is already mine. I love how the 3d responds to me so quickly, easily and effortlessly. The 3d loves me and i love the 3d <3.

Part Ⅱ: Self esteem and Confidence

I am always confident and fearless. I am literally the main character, the world is just livin' in it. I am always more than secure in myself and my abilities because i know i can do anything I put my mind into. I am always the BEST. I don't settle for anything less than I deserve. I am always more than deserving of all the good things and happiness in the world. There's no one like me, I'm unique; one of a kind. I am just so special, I have too many unique and remarkable things about me which makes me who I am. I need not impress anyone it's the other way around. I'm the girl who has it all and I'm never ashamed to have it all! I am the best of the best, I am everyone's first choice and first priority. The world works for me under my fingertips. Everything from my face, my body, my skin, my personality, my talents, my fashion sense is TOP TIER. I am beautiful inside - out. I am always confident and comfortable expressing my needs, wants and opinions. I am perfect and happy as a whole<3.

Part Ⅲ: Healing and mental health

I let go of my past and I let go of worries, mistakes, doubts, negativity, guilt. None of that defines me. I forgive myself effortlessly. I am thriving mentally and emotionally. My mental health is perfect and always will be. My inner child is healed. I am emotionally intelligent. I know my boundaries, what is right for me and what isn't. I know how to say NO to people when needed. I know how to protect my boundaries. I'm selective of where i choose to put my energy and time into. I am whole and complete, I am the one who can make myself happy. I express myself freely and I'm proud to be myself unapologetically. <3.

Create a Routine 🎀

A routine allows you to keep yourself motivated, in check, & productive. I like to have a morning routine to start the day where I do my skin care, eat, & get my priorities done for the day! Having a daily routine keeps your angel energy in place so things aren’t too chaotic in life!

The main thing to being a dream girl is loving yourself! Confidence is literally key! Walk through life like you are that girl!
