i don’t go by measurements but for a good protein fruit smoothie this is what i have been using:
frozen mixed berries (maybe ½-1 cup) (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
2 ice cubes
teaspoon of chia seeds
some almond milk, unsweetened
6 almonds
half a teaspoon of peanut butter
little bit of vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
AND BAM, ENJOY

So I did this workout, slightly modified.
I changed the first one to “catchphrase”, the last one to every time something is called “cool”, and high knees during the theme song
Holy fuck, do I now hate the sonic screwdriver. I’ve done maybe 10 squats before in my life. I’ve now, easily, done over 100 in an hour
