Gen z being lazy is not the problem, it's because companies are not paying living wages and they can't afford to live and refuse to be exploited

My last job was with Eng*g*d and they didn't pay me, so I didn't go back to work for them 5 weeks after I decided that they can fuck off, they paid me less then minimum wage, so I made them fix it, which they did but still fuck them. And my dad works for them, Eng*g*d once didn't pay him for a whole week and a half of his work and tried to back charge his pay once soooo.... if you want employees, pay them properly, don't try and take their money, don't verbally abuse employees, don't mentally degrade them, don't fuck shit up and blame employees who told you not to do that
