I thought I would show you guys how it looks from my point of view.

This week went pretty good did 9 oil changes with the COVID restrictions going forward , I am starting to get a lot of more calls. Soon enough I might have to hire someone to tag along and help me.

Finally reached 10 oil changes in a week I feel like I’m reaching my limit when it comes to how many I can do in one week. Had a problem with one car the drain plug on the oil pan was stripped so I couldn’t put oil in straight away drove to a car quest and got a brand new one. Installation was hard and I bought a few extra just in case I happen to be stuck again. Customers are happy with the service as always. Very successful week. Let’s see if we can do more.

Had the best week so far 9 car were done for oil changes. Have been doing synthetic oil only so I stop carrying regular oil in my car to save place for tools. Had a problem with one car 1998 Toyota Corolla. It had a very rusty body and i couldn’t jack it up from the usual place so I had to improvise and lift it up from the front subframe. Overall the car was done the customer was really happy and ended up giving me a big tip for my troubles which was nice.

Monday and Tuesday was good did 5 oil changes but on Wednesday I received news that my grandfather passed away so I had to go to Toronto my business week was cut short but overall successful I’ll work hard and make him proud.

So far business has been going good. Did the maintenance on 3 cars, tight parking spots seem to be abit problematic. Jacking them up safely dose take abit of time but over all the 3 customers were satisfied with there experience and will told me they would contact me for another and tell people about my services.

I am in a lucky postion I don't have 3 main competitors I only have one, which puts me in a very good position in the market place. they have very bad software when it comes to there app and I had a very difficult time looking for there website. they only have 5 reviews on the App Store and I myself couldn't login or create an account. where this even gets better for myself is that they operate in Toronto,GTA and Hamilton. which is great news considring I want to open up my business in the niagara region.the cons for me are that they will have more experience in the field that I am trying to enter and have a better understanding of the business model and the all the overhead. I think what I bid is something that can actually kick start my career in the automotive industry.i do have an edge because I am coming with experience with the ins and outs of what I soon will be conquering and furthermore turn into a franchise.
