"Daylight"

Oh why do I feel this way?

I think of you everyday.

Seeing your smile feels so right,

Makes my whole day shine and bright.

You have your sense of humor,

And that makes me like you more.

I can just look at your eyes,

'Cause they are like paradise.

But I know we are just friends,

So I'll keep and not confess.

You are my sunshine yellow,

And that is what all I know.

Nakukumpleto ang aking araw,

Dahil sa mga tingin mong nakakatunaw.

Magkahawak ang ating mga kamay,

Sa tugtog ng kanta tayo ay sumasabay.

Sa bawat ikot at sayaw na dahan-dahan,

Dito nagsimula ang aking nararamdaman.

Ikaw na nga ay aking nagustuhan,

Ngunit, bakit ikaw pa na aking kaibigan?

Ako'y sana hayaan mo,

Na humanga lamang sa iyo.
