Why is character an ethical gain?
It is a gain because through ethics we are formed in values seeking the common good which goes our character through everyday situations. All the decisions we make will always be connected with our ethics having a direct relationship, as human beings we cannot react to certain things going against our ethics but quite the opposite because we would be going against our philosophy of life, when we show our character.
We show our ethics and values, that defines who we are, what we tolerate, what we accept and what we don't. We then decided to defend a position without changing our mind, clearly seeking the common good.

What is the Role of Individual Responsibility in Community Development?
The word responsibility includes not only the fact of having to represent or be in charge of the action that you are going to perform, but you must also go a little further with the actions of that responsibility.
The fact of being able to fulfill the objective makes you responsible but going beyond what the objective asks you personally is an achievement, or that it is said for the place where you work because apart from being responsible with your assignment you are being responsible with the community of your work environment.
How do you help your work environment? Because they see you motivated doing your homework, in this way you raise your spirits and your classmates would also reflect these moods making the environment much better.

Is Ethics Acquired or Inherited?
Ethics can be defined as a set of principles, criteria, motivations, values and goals, which mark the rules and doctrines by which a person's life is governed. Ethics is a daily management that implies a value judgment before the appearance of a dilemma, it is part of personal integrity, the predominant values and the individual characteristics that constitute the morality of a person; personal, business, social, environmental ethics and etc.
It will also depend a lot on the context in which you are. The cultures are so different that for you it can be something ethical to be in a shirt that for the other person is not like that. One as a person is learning from the experiences and the respective norms and ethics that you must exercise when you are in your daily environment, be it at work, university, etc.

One word, One language
Im agree with Mark Pagel because he said that language really is the most important feature that has evolved.
Allows you to implant a thought from your mind directly into someone else's mind and they can attempt to do the same to you without either of you performing surgery", says Mark Pagel
And based on that, plus the video, we can say that the language has evolved over time, that although it is true depends on the culture, where you find that the meanings vary but the result could be the same. I believe that in the future there will be a dominant language which we all must learn in order to communicate more easily.
