Might sound odd, but since my top surgery I feel oddly determined now to get into shape and get bigger. It's like, now, my goals *are* achievable. Before, no matter how much worked I did there would still always be *those* things that made it impossible for me to reach my ideal body. But now, the only thing holding me back is recovering, which I obviously need to take seriously, and later...me.
