FROM HIM TO HIM
Every people in this world has there own talents and passion that God given to us
. Kyla Michaela V. Parnala is my name. I am a girl who was born in Imus City, Cavite on 22nd day of November 2019. I loved music and to sing songs.
As early as six years old, I always go to church with my family to attend sunday morning mass and to praise God. One Sunday, in the middle of the mass, the choir song Luwalhati and I was shoock of what I heard. There voice is so angelic and I really amazed and inspired of what they doing. After that I decided to be part of there amazing music ministry but my mom and dad , didn't agree of what I want because I'm too young for that.
Since when I was a child, I admired some singer because of their wonderful voice. I also admired some choir solo singers in our chapel because of there kindness.
The years past , I continued to attend sunday morning mass just to hear the choir voices and the words of God. I also inspired and motivate in every word that the priest said. While the choir singing I feel something. I knew I needed to do more and to inspired and help other people.
This is the time. It is calling time.
When I was in grade 4, I become a choir member of Sinag ng kabataan ng Alapan- Music Ministry in San Agustin of Caterbury Chapel in Alapan Community. The place was so neat, peace, and holy. I stand and looked at in the middle and I saw the holy trinity cross and I smiled.
I remembered the day where I undergo in audition. I didn't feel nervous or whatever. Maybe because I love of what I'm doing. The proctor or the adviser of the music ministry smiled at me and she said that " Nararamdaman kong gusto mo talagang sumali dito. Natutuwa ako dahil may mga batang katulad mo na handang maglingkod sa Diyos." I just smiled and wink and she laugh and finally I become choir member.
One time, while in the middle of the practice, I feel something that I didn't want to feel. I feel tired of what I'm doing. Maybe because of the daily responsibility that I can't go with my friends or my family because of practice or preparation. I asked myself, Is this what I really want? Is this the thing that I can called calling? Or I just want to have a friend's and past time? I feel lost in that time so I prayed. The days past and I attend sunday mass. In the homily, I cried because of what the priest said. He said that you may feel tired but you may still fighting.
When I become a choir member I had some realization. I realized that being a choir member is more than a hobby or an activity. Also, being a choir member is not just about singing or performing, instead it is the thing that you should be proud because you may inspired people by your voice. It can also awaken our soul.
And today, I'm a senior high school student and I still continue inspiring and motivating people and serving and praising God.

BLESSED
Never give up and always fight because great things take time.
Kristoff V. Parnala was his name. He was a boy who was born in Imus City, Cavite on 10th day of November 2008. He is the younger brother of Mr. And Mrs. Parnala.
When he was in Grade 4, he undergo in an operation for his appendicitis. Appendicitis is the most common surgical abdominal emergency. Appendicitis is also an inflammation of the appendix, a finger-shaped pouch that projects from your colon on the lower right side of your abdomen.
Before he confined in the Trece Martirez Hospital, he experienced pain that begins on the right side of the lower abdomen,pain that begins around navel and often shifts to lower right abdomen, Low-grade fever and Pain that worsens if he cough, walk or make other jarring movements.
The day before his operation, the doctor cancelled it because there was an urgent operation in his private hospital. So, kristoff experienced pain in his tummy. He cried and he didn't eat for a day. While kristoff and his mother waiting for operation, they prayed together in the heavenly above. They believe that the one thing they can do that time is just to pray. The night past and finally, Kristoff undergo in an operation. According to kristoff, before he entered in the operation room he feel nervous and he see a super bright light and a hand. He panic but then her mother hold his hand for a while. And then he finally entered in the operation room. The room was so neat, and the only sound you can hear is the voice of the doctors, tools and machine. After that operation, the doctor found out that kristoff abdominal part blow up. They both thank God for being safe of kristoff.
The year past, kristoff experienced to be bully by his classmates because he can't play like them, he can't also eat like what he ate in the previously months. But then, he still smiling and fighting for his dream.
Actually, kristoff loves to eat as many as he can. He also love to play ball games and other outdoor activities. But because of what happened , all things he love was become a dream for a year. He sacrifice all of his wants just to be safe and healthy.
Today, he is in the 5th year in Elementary and his operated skin or part was already dried and also the memories. And he still fighting for his dream.
Be patient because all things will be great and successful in the perfect time and place. You may sacrifice all things you want but in the end you can achieve what you want.
Life is like an operation, you didn't know if it will be successful or not. Just enjoy every moment you have.

NO NEGATIVE THOUGHT ALLOWED
“Let your life reflect the faith you have in God. Fear nothing and pray about everything. Be strong, trust God's word, and trust the process.”
Someone gave me a Parish Renewal Experience (PREX) invitation. An invitation that invited me to become part of the PREX Family that will be held on January 10-13, 2020 at Saint Agustin of Caterbury Chapel. Before the day of the PREX , Mix emotion. A little bit nervous and excited. Actually, I don't have idea on what will happen or what is PREX. But then, I'm decided to go there and to know the real definition of PREX even though I need to do and finish my activities and assignment or in other word is School works.
Friday night, was the first day of the PREX. Almost 1 hr before that event, I looked at in the mirror and said that after PREX I'm sure that I'll changed for the better. While I'm walking I feel something like I want too poops or go in the bathroom or whatever maybe because I feel nervous but then I continued to walk and when I see the gate of the church I smiled and no doubt I entered their and register at the registration table.
At that night, the speakers introduced their self and also we introduced ourselves. They explained the real definition of PREX and what would be happen. The night was so fast as the sun begins to set slowly. The night past and I went to the church to continue the seminar. Saturday morning, we sang worship song and also we dance as the caterpillar shake and move. At that day, I realized too much and I met new friends. There are some activities that will slap your face because you realized of something. I experienced to cry, to laugh and enjoy every second of that day. I also learned something new about our Lord God and his words. With my Co-new PREX members or my classmates, we slowly recognize and know each one of us. In the afternoon, we purified ourselves. After that we pray together as one and as a Family. The night past again and that day was so amazing as the new journey begins.
Sunday morning, as usual I attend the Sunday mass and right after we continued the seminar. In that day, I became more stronger and more faithful. In the afternoon, they gave us a simple box and in that box there are some letters from the PREX Family and in our love ones. I became emotionally when I read the message from my Mom and Dad. They never failed to become a great parents to me since birth. Also, on that day, we finish the seminar, we graduate and officially one of the PREX Family.
In PREX I learned something new like how God directing our feet and path to his kingdom and God has a purpose and reason in all your pain you struggle. I'm very grateful to be part of that Family. Maybe, we're not family in blood but we are family in heart. You, the one who reading this, I invited you to be part of PREX Family. Don't die without knowing Jesus.

LET THE SUN SAY IT ALL
Someone once said that beach is the place where you can meet the sun begins to end and set slowly.
May 2019, with my family, we decided to went in our province just to had a break and to create another memorable experience. We decided to go in a peaceful place where the sun begins to set slowly and ends calmly. While we walking on the black sand we feel the fresh air, the waves were crawling gently to the shore, the calmly sounds of the wave and the sound of the birds. The clouds makes sunset more pretty and beautiful.
The sunset makes me feel beautiful and fills me up with positivity . While I'm walking with my cousin, he tell me a story about we. He reminds me of everything. He reminded me on how we play, how we laugh and how we support each other. It's been a year since the last time we met. He pulled me at the sand and we laugh together. He wants to swim with me and he had a favor for me. He wants me to act like a child and I granted his wish and then he hugged me. I was surprised when I look at his eyes. His crying and I don't know what to do. He hugged me tight and I asked him what's wrong. He said that he had a problem, a family problem and he wants to come back in the old days where he was a child and no pain in his heart. He's not just my cousin, he's also my best friend. He taught me a lot of things. The Sun begins to end slowly. The Orange red blob rolls down the sky. We walked together and go back in our cottage with a simple yet memorable day.
The journey with my cousin at that place was different from the others. Spending hours with him was so memorable. That place reminds me of everything. It also taught me a lot of things like beach was the perfect place to all people who wants to go back or to remind the old days and the place where you can reflect of something. And the sun and beach was the witness of everything. The memories will never forget as the beauty of the sun ends.

Everyone has their own cup of coffee.
When I see people making their own cups of coffee I see their simplest ingredients that may change their specific taste and their different perspective in life. Sometimes, we feel the sweetest of every moment we had like the milligrams of the sugar in the coffee , the darkest of our rocky road as like as the espresso and a cup of sweet milky coffee as the cream of our successful life. Nowadays, coffee has now become an important beverage in every society around the world. Not only for costumers delight, but also for economic values of it. There are some countries export coffee product just to had a high economic rate. Most of people specially workers and students loves coffee that sometimes it causes a lot of things and too much coffee make us feel unhealthy. Someone say to me that coffee was the great and perfect beverage in all aspects of our life and life was like a cup coffee , you may experience a dark road, sweetest memories and milky experience and thoughts that may lead you to had a perfect taste you want to be.
In life, we need to accomplish many things just to be proud of ourselves. Sometimes, we think that our act, knowledge was enough. It causes a lot of things that our eyes didn't see it but our hearts feel it. In the past few year, we make and want our life more memorable and more romantic as we mix and blend the ingredients of a cup of coffee.Sometimes, we feel the sweetest of every moment we had like the milligrams of the sugar in the coffee. The Strong cups of coffee wake up us and make us feel the bee stingon our feet after a hard days pass. But then, there are a lot of things you need to do to had a sweet milky cups of coffee to you to fulfilled your feeling in every achievement you had. When we won on a contest or competition, we always or maybe sometimes look up into the shinier lights and stars that will make ourselves proud, and those simplest moment we had, we put a honey in our own cup of coffee that may others like it.
Sometimes we do bad things as the color of espresso or the cup of coffee but then after the bad thing we do, we realized the thing we did was wrong and it makes our own cup of coffee sweet and milky as the sugar and milk combines. It taste of brilliance and if we stirred right and with love, it can be an extraordinary and extra-special brewed cup of coffee. We are the one who makes our own cup of coffee.

This strand also designed for those people who wonder what is on the other side of the wall. In other words, you are ready to take on the world and talk to a lot of people. In this strand, you may experience and learn a lot of things but mostly you need to overcome all of your fear just to achieve the things you wanted to be. This is how HUMSS develop more future leaders and more doctors of our society. There are a lot of advantages if you will take HUMSS Strand.
This strand can build and boost your self-confidence and your self-esteem. It also focused on improving your communication skills, boosting the critical and analytical thinking, it also helps you to understand other people and help you to become a successful person someday. Beside of this, there are many benefits that you will get and it will apply to you if you will take this strand and of course there are many opportunities that other strand does not have. You will also in demand in terms of job. With this you will be capable of many things.
