Well damn if Cafe Enchante wasn't one hell of a ride.

You get this cute little dating sim expecting to have a good time just romancing sweet anime dudes in a fantasy coffee shop setting, thinking things are gonna be chill--then the game's just like:

"Mass murder really sets the mood for a romantic evening."

"Hey, how about we kill God?"

"You know what goes great with a blossoming, young romance? Cannibalism."

"Would you like unethical, government-sanctioned human-to-monster experimentation to go along with your daddy kink?"

i looked at the wiki and apparently all the main story stuff has been taken down????

should i just look for a fan translation or would watching the anime be easier?
