-a ''mean, crappy old nun'' gave him piano lessons and ruined music for him for a couple of years.

-he went fishing and took a cooking class with gene hoglan. they're learning to make vegan lasagna.

-says he doesn't like to drive because it's dangerous when he drives, but that he has a hybrid because he wants to ''give a little back to the earth''. he thinks he left it running somewhere in the parking lot of a bar two weeks ago.

-''i just like riding in the sidecar of the deth-- of the motorcycle yknow. nathan he likes-- nathan he likes bein in charge.''

-he listens to books on tape. did not enjoy the rise of hannibal.

-had a band named ''pickles'' compromised of just him on drums, guitar and maraca, in venice beach.

-played in a few bar cover bands too.

-''one time i was so drunk i beat myself up and they put me in jail for an entire weekend.''

-''but when they found out i wasnt gonna press charges they let me go.''
