Pericos Cancun

This is one of the best places to eat typical Mexican food in Cancun. Set in the style of the haciendas, from the early 20th century. It is surrounded by paintings and different works of art that refer to the history of Mexico, and there are even some characteristic elements of this era, with which customers can interact and take photographs.

It has a bar with the availability of drinks and typical drinks from Mexico and the region. Their prices are quite reasonable, so if you are looking for cheap restaurants in Cancun it may be a good option for you.

XEL-HA

At the heart of the Riviera Maya is Xel-Há, a natural park full of wildlife, crystal clear waters, and of course, history.

This site is made up of five groups: The Palace, the oldest and largest; The Pilaster; Lothtop; Los Pájaros, where mural paintings are preserved where diverse birds of the region are represented; and Jaguar that is located next to a cenote.

Morales . V(2919) said what : Due to its geographical characteristics, the Xel-Há archaeological zone was one of the main centers of commerce in the Yucatan Peninsula.

You can buy your ticket with transportation to travel comfortably from your hotel. If you want to go on your own, you can arrive in your own vehicle or rent a car, with ample free parking. There is also the option of arriving by taxi or bus service from Cancun, Tulum or Playa del Carmen.

TULUM

Tulum is ten minutes from the Xel-Há ecotourism Park and 131 kilometers from Cancun.

Campos . K (2018) notes that : “Tulum was the first urban center of the Mayan civilization discovered by the Spanish conquerors in the 16th century. It is built on a rock in front of the second largest coral reef in the world”

When you visit Tulum, remember to bring your swimsuit, camera and cash, so you can enjoy its beautiful beaches, crafts, food and capture the moment when the Papántla Flyers begin their descent from the heights.

MUSA( Underwater museum of Art)

It is a museum located under the waters of the Mexican Caribbean Sea, in the waters that surround Cancun, Isla Mujeres and Punta Nizuc. It was founded in 2009 by Dr. Jaime González Cano

Areli Muñoz (2019) notes that: “Snorkeling in Isla Mujeres is pretty, but doing it at MUSA gives it a bonus. The underwater statues are incredible because they combine perfectly with the fauna of the island. You will see hundreds of fish around you. I recommend bringing a water camera or a protective case for your cell phone. If there is a storm it remains closed so it is important to check the weather before the trip. "
