Tips to Manage Multiple Projects with quality delivery at same time
In the Present scenario of working environment managing multiple projects with quality and in time delivery is a regular and common challenge facing by the majority of project managers. Mainly in IT Industry, this is quite common. Project Manager is responsible for quality work and should deliver it to the client in given time, here managing multiple projects at a time depends on Project Managers ability, time management, team coordination, his leadership qualities, and experience these all factors will play an important role to manage multiple projects. Here are some tips to handle multiple projects easily.
Planning: planning is half done. Proper planning is very important for anything we do. First, plan the work with the time period. Make a target and separate the work accordingly to the target. Time management is very important here. Assigned work should be done in time then only the project will complete in time. Something should be achieved according to your set target.
Implementing: Implement your plan and monitor it every day whether the work is going smooth or not. Interact with the team all the time and know their challenges try to resolve those. Try to keep the right person in the right place then only we can achieve the target in time. Do not allow postponing the work, assigned work should be completed every day. Proper implementation of the plan shows you the virtual results.
Make every team member is responsible: Every team member should feel responsible for their contribution to work. Motivate your team and remind their responsibility and role in the project. All the Stakeholders of the project from executive to Seniors should involve and feel responsible for completing the project.
Team members should be interactive and competitive: Make your team members interact with each other. All the members of a team should be cooperative, friendly and discuss the work find out the mistakes in the work and rectified. Healthy Competition among the team members makes the work easier and complete in time.
Calendar Notification Alerts: Keep giving calendar alerts to the team track meetings accordingly to the dates and review the work check whether the team members are in right track or not and the work is going as per schedule as well. This alerts will help to identify and manage the time and work.    
Dare to communicate Bad: It is all quite common that chances of inconvenience. It happens from any side and it may lead to delay in the project. Be transparent and let the stakeholders know the problem and While explaining the bad try to say the solution and possibilities to overcome. Keep hiding the problems and delaying the project is not good for organization reputation.
Keep Maintain Separate Records: When a project manager handling multiple projects chances of interaction with multiple clients and teams are quite common. At that time project manager should be very alert and clear of every project status. Maintaining a separate and updated report for each project makes the work clear and easy to handle Stakeholders.
All these are not final but so many tactics are involved in handling multiple projects. Everyone follows their own style of working. Once after starting working on multiple projects then every project manager will come to know how to handle and manage the work and client.
