In the Present scenario of working environment managing multiple projects with quality and in time delivery is a regular and common challenge facing by the majority of project managers. Mainly in IT Industry, this is quite common. Project Manager is responsible for quality work and should deliver it to the client in given time, here managing multiple projects at a time depends on Project Managers ability, time management, team coordination, his leadership qualities, and experience these all factors will play an important role to manage multiple projects. Here are some tips to handle multiple projects easily.

Planning: planning is half done. Proper planning is very important for anything we do. First, plan the work with the time period. Make a target and separate the work accordingly to the target. Dare to communicate Bad: It is all quite common that chances of inconvenience. It happens from any side and it may lead to delay in the project. Be transparent and let the stakeholders know the problem and While explaining the bad try to say the solution and possibilities to overcome.
