I think the biggest reason, at least for me, that Outer Wilds was so well done is the fact that it almost grounds you again, reminds you. We as people often easily forget things that don’t apply to our specific immediate environment, but it reminds you about the scale of everything, and how even the good ending, is still dying, because dying isn’t necessarily a bad thing. How everything that occurred really was just coincidence, and like the Nomai were thinking at one point, perhaps it wasn’t THEM who are special. Perhaps the signal wasn’t too THEM, but anyone, it just happened to be them who heard it. We aren’t specifically special, but we also are in other ways, but perhaps sometimes it’s just coincidence. Sometimes it doesn’t have to mean something, and sometimes we aren’t as big as we think we are…

I like to think that like, I don’t have many friends, but I have the right ones.

It’s been about 2 months since I decided, think I’ve come out to everyone now (friend wise) and everyone has been so good with it especially because I didn’t explain it to anyone either (because I don’t want it to be something I have to keep justifying to everyone). But pretty much all the reactions have been “oh cool” which is good because literally nothing changes about me besides how to address and how I appear probably, still same me!

Also DONT LISTEN UNLESS YOU PLAYED ALL OF OUTER WILDS YET but this is my favourite track from the main game I think

It’s a really good track for exactly what it’s titled. You take the warp core out, you end the loop. This is it… this is what everything has been building toward. It’s not quite the end, but you feel the swelling of it towards the climax. You are on your way toward the eye and toward the end, after everything.

IM OBSESSED WITH THIS. The way it starts out all soft and melodic, then quickly fades into the REAL DEVIL FORM ROCK OST LIKE THE OTHERS HAVE XD I wish Kazumi didnt die and could be in Tekken 8 (unless they start adding dead characters anyway which they haven’t done before I dont think) cause mishima aside her design is hella cool and theme goes hard

Yeah honestly yeah.

Outer Wilds literally gave me the biggest bust when it came to my long lost space interests.

But anyway. Perfect game 10/10. Beautiful ost. Excellent story writing. Pacing was very well done. The game design was very fun especially game mechanics. Genre was fitting. Ending is definitely worth it. Sucks its basically unplayable after the first go.

Will probably get the dlc tbh.
