I think it’s very funny that sports podcast men are out here confidently saying “connor mcdavid is the single most talented athlete in the history of this sport” while tumblr is busy saying with equal confidence that connor mcdavid is the single most bedraggled half-dead baby bird that the cat dragged in to play with before eating. the single most vulnerable earthworm who just got sliced in half by a mower and is now squirming helplessly in the freshly tilled earth beneath an indifferent sun. single most corrugated cardboard cutout left out in the rain to wilt into a damp heap. etc
