Leaked Champion?

Audio files for a champion named “Ekko” have been found in the PBE client. They hint that the new champion will be Time-themed. A reddit post prior to this discovery also says the new champion will be a black kid with white hair wielding a black energy sword, possibly void. A rioter also hinted to another player about a Time-related champion being released soon. What do you think?
