My mom was apparently raised to believe that, and didn't realise she was raising me that way as well.

We often headcanon Grian as a parrot hybrid. And sometimes we also headcanon him as autistic. One overlooked trait in people with autism is nesting, which is when you take a bunch of comfortable things(like pillows, blankets, ect.) and form a nest out of them, just like birds do with sticks and leaves. So even if Grian was human, he'd probably still nest! Pretty cool, right?
