Monday : 2 minute plank
200 sit ups
50 leg lifts
2 minute plank
2 minute stretching
Tuesday: 2,5 minute plank
225 sit ups
75 leg lifts
2,5 minute plank
2,5 minute stretching
Wednesday : burn at least 100 cals with cardio
Thursday: 3 minute plank
250 sit ups
100 leg lifts
3 minute plank
3 minute stretching
Friday : 3,5 minute plank
