why am i even studying for my degree when the possible new president of the philippines (bbm 🤮) doesn't have one and faked his credentials?

why is an actor (robin padilla), who has zero experience in governance and is actually a sexist leading the senatorial race; when have candidates who are lawyers, human rights defenders, and over all more qualified than him can't seem to make it to the top 12 (e.g. chel diokno).

why are we over-looking people who has credentials and clean track records?? ang taas-taas ng standard natin sa ibang bagay pero sa mga politiko natin, hindi?

why are we ignoring leni robredo's contributions to our country especially during the pandemic? tha fact that she was being belittled by the duterte administration but was still able to achieve things says a lot about her leadership and skills.

why are we ignoring our history?

forgetting about the people who suffered under the marcos' regime, the wealth and resources that was taken from our country. we are still suffering because of what they did and we will suffer more under the hands of another marcos.

to anyone that would say "but they built infrastructures", are you really putting more value on infrastructures than the lives that were lost? the families who still suffer because of them? the victims who were never found? the people who were tortured, raped? do you not value their lives?

also, sa dami-dami nilang utang dapat lang may pinagawa sila but majority of the money they borrowed, they used it only for themselves.

foreign investors in our country are already pulling out. the stock market slowly going down. do you know why? because they don't trust marcos. our economy will suffer.

those you are rich enough will not experience the consequences of this elections. do you know who will? the poor, the marginalized, the people who we should have been thinking about when we voted.

to my fellow filipinos, do not stop protesting this election. this is for our future. we must stand our ground and fight for what is right and what we deserve. the comelec was biased and because of that we lost a bright future.

Also I didn't know what to title this so there you go, this is for all of y'all Filipino genshin fans!

Childe/Tartaglia

- This dude is probably your typical upperclassman highschool basketball player and the crush ng bayan. He got a lot of girls and boys swooning over him yet he doesn't get the best grades, making that a little bit of a turn off for others.

- No matter how much the others limit him as a playboy, I don't really understand and and think he'll probably just be the famous, charming, basketball player who everyone takes pictures with at the end of their game. (tapos aakbay pa yiee)

Now imagine, the basketball match that had Childe in it had just ended. Then you wanted to take a picture with him but was too shy to even approach him, so then your best friend is now pushing you towards him.

"Uy kuya Childe, papicture naman daw si Y/n!" Your best friend said, as you were panicking inside as your heart beat was loudly beating in your chest.

After a while of you trying to struggle out of your best friends hold, Childe agrees with a wide grin on his face. So then you two took a few pictures with his hand on your shoulder. And you look back at that picture everyday, your cheeks catching a light color of pink.

Thoma

- Now Thoma, this boy is the teachers favourite. He's that classmate of yours that helps your teacher carry their items while they head out to the other classroom. He's just your mabait classmate na favorite na favorite ng lahat.

- Every mom probably stumbled upon him at least once before in a school event or just anywhere and thought that he was such a good boy.

"𝘖𝘩 𝘥𝘣𝘢, 𝘵𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘢𝘯 𝘮𝘰 𝘴𝘪 𝘛𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘢. 𝘈𝘮𝘣𝘢𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘢𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘢 𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘯."

- But other than that, this boy probably has no sign of insecurity and he's confident as hell. He likes someone and he doesn't expect them to just randomly come running to him, instead he'll work for it.

"Uy, may naghihintay sayo sa labas. Thoma daw pangalan!" A family member of yours exclaimed, waking you up from your 1 hour sleep from pulling an all nighter the other night.

"Huh? pinapagsabi mo?" "Totoo nga! Yun oh, meron pa nga dalang bulaklak."

Your eyes widened, and you stared at that family member of yours in shock and confusion. "Bilisan mo na! Mukhang masarap pa yung dala-dala niyang chocolate, mamahalin pa."

Diluc

- Yan pa talaga, yan yung tahimik na nakaupo sa likod ng classroom niyo tapos matalino at mayaman pa, pero hindi kasing famous nila Thoma kasi masungit daw yan.

- He's the type of crush that will notice you staring at him in class and he just stares back while you two have a moment of silence, unless you decide to look away, and of you don't talk to him at least once after that or you don't interact at all, nothing else happens.

- But once you do speak to him and interact a lot more, this boy can get a random hit of confidence and start doing multiple things. Valentines day? Sure, have some flowers. Christmas? Expect an expensive gift. Your birthday? Maghintay ka nalang para sa malaking balik-bayan box. Yet other than that, since he is quite rich, hahatid ka niya pauwi tapos may private driver pa kayo.

You were walking down the halls, about to go home but you were surprised to see Diluc leaning on the walls while his arms were crossed, he looked like he was waiting for someone or something.

"Diluc?!?" You called out, "Ano ginagawa mo?"

"Tara, uwi na."

Kaeya

- Kaeya, the bait-baitan mong isa pang classmate pag nasa harapan ng parents at teachers. Yet just like Childe, athlete din yan. The boy that favourite ng PE teacher niyo.

- Pero wag ka, yan yung crush ng bayan. Yung halos lahat ng kilala mo may crush sakanya. Power kahit makulit yan, he's like Thoma, he has no shame in courting na halos lahat ng klase alam na may crush yan sayo.

"Uy! Si Kaeya kinakantahan ka!!!!!" Your best friend says, shaking you while you kept your back turned against the boy who was singing while playing the guitar, giving him the cold shoulder but still noticing the pink making it's way to your cheeks

"Bili naaaa, wag ka na maarte, magbati nalang kasi kayo." Kaeya's best friend says, you rolling your eyes.

After his song was done and you still ignored him, he approached you and you felt his presence right behind you. "Sorry na nga eh. Ano pa kailangan ko gawin para magbati na tayo?"

"Magaral ka ng ibang kanta, paulit ulit na yang nakakairita na yan."

Zhongli

- Zhongli is the famous kind, educated, smart, top 1 sa klase na upperclassman. It would be a miracle for him to like someone, knowing that he was this well-composed dude. None of the flirting of others gets through him and all he does is smile.

- But what everyone doesn't know is that when he does get a crush, he ignores it BUT once it gets too personal and deep he'll actually give in to his feelings. He's that boy that seeks approval from your parents first before proceeding to court you, and luckily for him, your parents fell in love with him the day he visited.

You sighed, taking your shoes off. Noticing that your family dog ( if you don't have a dog, kunyarian nalang meron) wasn't there to greet you. "Uhh Ma, asan si [ dog name ]?"

"Ay Y/n! Andito ka na pala! Pumunta ka nga dito!" You raised your eyebrow after hearing the excitement in your mother's voice, but you did what you were told to do.

And by the moment you came into the living room you saw your upperclassman, Zhongli sitting on the couch while your dog sat beside him on the couch.
