My work is about societies views of youths. Through this work i am attempting to communicate the lack of guidance for, and stereotypes that still exist around, youths and how we are a product of their mistakes.

Task 9
1. The idea that i am trying to get across is that youths have had no control of how they’ve turned out, society hasn’t changed anything from the last generations and so youths have turned out exactly the same as they did ffity years ago, and we’re being ridiculed by it. Therefore as youths we’re accepting this and doing what we can get away with, because we can get away with.
I am working on layering watercolored illustartions over photography. I have moved away from documentary photography and towards illustrative based work to better get my point across.
2. I have struggled to create good documentary photographs and therefore haven’t gotten good results for that, and for my illustration based work editing the illustration onto a photography and getting the right lighting and composition is a constant that I'm working upon.
3. Most of my theoretical challenges have been about trying to acturatley communicate my context through my work, and even written down on it’s own. Additionally assigning purpose and reason for the drawings i have chosen or environments to photograph.
4. It has no commercial use as it is more of a fine art product. My audience is any older generation that stereotype youth and think we’re all reckless and irresponsible.
5. Artist Sebastian Del Grosso has been one of my main influences for the project and is the main inspiration for the watercolour overlays. I have moved away from standard photography and towards more fine art style.
6. Completing at least merit in my 7ppds
7. The style of of my illustrations is what I'm most happy with so far.
8. I see my work being photographic prints (possibly A4-A3) mounted on a wall.
9. I developed/improved most of my practical work. The most challenging was the watercolour ones as the process has a long duration.
10. Some of evaluations could have been more informative.
