I am a truther of exercise as a mental health coping mechanism. The main downside of it being your main mechanism is it turns your brain into a husky. this does not stop until every single one of them are grouped together, all of them chanting a song together while they're literally sweeping their section of the field. No one has seen any of them smile that big in weeks.

seeing a lot of backlash and anger over the recent casting of lou lou and louella for the sunrise on the reaping but what people need to be reminded of is that they are children. they're kids! youngsters who just put themselves forward to be cast and got picked. it's not their fault. hopefully adults in their lives will shield them from the internet and the putrid hatred pouring out like a festering wound. but i can't believe grown adults need to be reminded to not be awful to little girls.
