Why do student get bullied/bully
Now a days student get bullied because of their appearnce or even there popularity because the person who bully a person may be envy to the one he/she bullied
To prevent to be bullied we should not communicate to the person who bully us because he/she might think that we are weak so we should not fight against them we should just think that they are a good friend of us
Now we should help each other to love everyone in our surrondings because we all know that people has a kind heart to each other bully is just a word that can stop us believing in ourself so we should not be affected to it.

How To Manage Stress
Prioritize your assignments. As you progress through your education, you'll find the topics of study become more complex, the work load more demanding and the material more challenging. By the time you arrive at college, there just isn't enough time in the day to get everything done. Start the habit of beginning your studying with the most difficult, or important, subject or task first. Tackling the hardest subjects first, while you're still fresh and energized, will make the remainder of your studies much easier.
Find a dedicated study space. Some students will spend the first 20 minutes of their study time just looking for somewhere to study. A key to ongoing time management is to find a dedicated study space free from distractions where you can concentrate. If you want to change up your study space, that's fine, just make sure to find a study space that works and stick with it.
Create blocks of study time. Not only should you have a dedicated study space, you should have dedicated study time–blocks of time where you focus on your studies. Blocks around 40 to 50 minutes are ideal, but may be longer or shorter based on the subject and your ability to focus. It's okay to take study breaks during your blocks for a snack, or just to get up and walk around, but make sure to return to your studies.
Schedule activities for after your school work. One of the most difficult, yet important, elements of effective time management is to put your school work first. It's easy to say you'll get your school work done later, or just before you go to bed. It's just as easy to say you'll do it tomorrow when bedtime arrives and you no longer have the disposition or energy to get it done. Complete your school work as soon as possible. Putting off less important activities until after you complete your school work will allow you stay on track and focus on your "fun" activities without the pressure looming school work.
Use helpful resources. The old adage, if at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again, while useful for many of life's situations, isn't always the best philosophy when you're strapped for time and can't figure out your chemistry homework. As you progress through middle school, high school and then into college, it's wise to rely on the help, expertise and knowledge of others to assist you with the learning process. Smart friends, tutors, study groups, and even the Internet, are useful resources for tackling complex subjects and making the most effective use of your time.
Join a study group. Study groups offers several advantageous to students, least of which is the ability to cover more material faster. Working in a study group makes it possible to research and learn about various topics quickly. Each member is assigned a topic and then provides a summary to the group.
Get exercise. Eat right. Get plenty of sleep. Yeah, you've heard this before, but let us say it again. Get exercise, eat right and get plenty of sleep. If you're not at your peak, you won't be able to focus or concentrate, nor will you have the energy or stamina to get your studies completed efficiently. Going to bed an hour early, can make all the difference the next day in your ability to make the best use of your time.
Be flexible. You can't plan for everything. Unforeseen obstacles are bound to pop up, so plan accordingly and be flexible. Just want sure to get back on track as soon as possible and maintain your monthly, weekly and daily schedule.

WHY DO STUDENTS GET COMPARE TO ONE ANOTHER
I. Compared
A. Loosing Confidence
1. When people get compare to other they feel like they are worthless. Sometime's they feel like no one can understand what she/he feels. When she/he did bad things, they always see it but when she/he does good things, they don't see it. They always give their best but it's like a trash to other. People nowaday always compare other, but the one who has comparing didn't know that the one she/he was comparing was more than unique than anyone else.
II. Depression
A. Begging for Love and Attention
1. Depression is a common but serious mood disorders may cause suicide. When you are depress you always think 'thoughts of death', you take a pills that can kill you, you think that you're always alone that no one can understand what you feel, you think that you're hopeless, worthless, restless. When you're family compare you to others you think that everyone left you alone, they judge but they didn't know that you gave you're best.
Judgemental Society is the Main Reason Why some people lose their Confidence

The Flaws of Our School
Our school is great. It's exhilirating, fun and prestigious. However, I can't help but feel that it lacks in more aspects than one.
Note that these are only my opinions and they may or may not be true for others. Discretion is advised
One of my many concerns about our school is its hygiene. When you go to the comfort room the first thing you notice is how bad the stench of the comfort room is. As you further enter the comfort room, the floor is doused of urine; the walls have writings on them and has dried nasal mucus stuck to it; the toilet seats are soaked with urine and sometimes the bowls are still full of urine and/or feces. Another concern I have is that in the cafeteria, you’ll see how students don’t throw their trash away and just leave them on the tables and floors. When a student spills or drops something, they don’t volunteer to clean it up themselves, they just leave it on the floor.
Next on my list of concerns is my schoolmates. They always chatter about and can’t stay put for even a second. We can’t focus on the teacher discussing in front because of the overwhelming noise that inhabits our room, And despite the teacher telling them numerous times to stay silent and listen, they keep disrupting the class with their abhorrent noisemaking. Sometimes our schoolmates even teach us unwanted information that is inappropriate. Frankly, they don’t care about our sense of morality and tell us things that may damage that morality.
Lastly, our mental health, students and even teachers have their brains racked with pressure. The overwhelming of homework, projects and summative assessments that are given to us per week takes up our leisure and sometimes they don’t provide you with enough time to finish the homeworks that you end up passing them incomplete. Because of this, we feel stressed and we don’t get time to enjoy the hobbies that we supposedly to do.
These are some of my concerns about my school life here. I truly wish for this to be addressed or even acknowledged, I'm certain that my school can strive better itself; for students, teachers, and facilitators alike.

“How to stay positive in a stressful work”
“Stress”, stress is very common this days because of work and studies, Sometimes others is/are so stress that some fall to depression and some felt hopeless. That is why we should do positive and always be positive to avoid stress in a stressful work, First things first stress is like a stack that goes on top of one another. To make this tower of stress fall, our method or one of the method is to “take a break time time.
An example of this is “watching something with/in only a minimum of time. Another example of this is by eating some food then go back to work, this kind of method repeats itself, the method goes like this: Work - Eat/Watch - Work - Eat/Watch - Work - Eat/Watch, This method keeps going on and on . Of course the last should be Eat/Watch as a reward that you gave to yourself., And this second part/to start of with the second method you should try to do the first part if you are having trouble with stress. Okay so the second method is by “thinking a positive or good memory”, This helps you to keep moving forward like a motivation, Thinking of a funny memory also helps to be more active and lively.
And last but not the least, also, I know there are still more ways/methods but i will put only three to shorten it, Now lets go back to the main topic okay so now the last method is by listening to music. This kind of method is only optional, Because on other kinds of stressful works music distracts them, In other words its mostly like if they enjoy the music more, its like the distraction wont be the music anymore but the work. And this are some of the ways/methods on “How to stay positive in a stressful work.

How to Balance your study time and leisure time.
A lot of students are having difficulties in balancing study time and leisure time. Some of the reasons why they are having difficulties is because sometimes they have to do a lot of school works and because most of the students spending 7-9 hours in school they don’t have a lot of time to finish their school works. In weekends, sometimes instead of taking rest and treating themselves they have school works to do at home, so the students don’t have time for leisure.
To balance your study time and leisure time I suggest that you should make a time schedule, so you manage your time properly, make a list of things to do, so you wouldn’t forget the things you need to do, and make a bucketlist for your leisure time, so you have a plan if you will treat yourself. It will be helpful for the other students to balance their study time and leisure time.
The outcome or result will be great if you follow your plan properly and it will be less stress because you don’t need to worry anymore if you have enough time because you already plan your time.

Why do students commit in cheating?
There are many reasons students choose to plagiarize or cheat.  Reasons range from the more genuine lack of knowledge to outright dishonorable intentions. Students who choose to plagiarize or cheat give themselves an unfair advantage on assignments and disrespect the hard work of others in the class.
Some students genuinely may not know what constitutes cheating or plagiarism and may not ask the course instructor for clarification. Some instructors may assume students understand the guidelines already. As a result, students can unintentionally commit acts of academic dishonesty. Anxiety about academic performance can cause some students to cheat in academic activities. Students may cheat to avoid failing a course or receiving a bad grade. Some students may use cheating as a way to cope with poor test-taking skills. Students may also cheat for fame purposes because everybody loves to experience fame. Being above others is something that makes us feel superior and powerful in such way. But being famous in a bad just to have fame is not a nice thing to practice. Also, students cheat for the satisfaction others. Other parents tends to push their sons/daughter do their best in school. With this, students become scared to disappoint their parents by having bad grades
That’s why students cheats to make their parents or others proud even it is a dirty thing to do. In summary, students cheat for a variety of reasons including: Peer culture, pressure to succeed, high family expectations, importance of good grades, external work commitments, heavy course loads, fear of future career damage, competition with other students and the limited time students have to complete assignments. The solution for students to overcome this kind of wrong doing, or to prevent cheating is to trust themselves more, motivate themselves, and always appreciate their works better so that they can not just force themselves to do bad thing and torture themselves in regretting.

Why do students bully?
Bullying has been, consistently, one of the headaches of many students, teachers, and parents. In today's modern world, where incidents of bullying have scattered throughout the internet, even people sitting unharmed in front of their smartphone screens could feel the headache. Even us. Most of the times, after cursing the bullies under our breaths, we ask the same question, sometimes loudly—why do students bully? Students who bully seem to forget the boundaries of good and evil. And one human emotion that could definitely cause that is anger. Students could commit bullying because they're angry. And if we trace back where their anger could come from, our first clue is at home. In most cases, students tend to bully because of family problems. Things might not be going well at home or parents are abusive, which clouds anger from a child that he tends to release outside the house, mostly in school. Sometimes, school is the cause of a bully's anger. He/she must have had failing grades and in frustration, a student tends to be violent towards others. In other cases, bullying is caused by lack of social satisfaction. Other students are being rude or might be isolating him/her, which prompts bullying as a way to cope with loneliness. Another main reason for bullying is the thirst for superiority. Heirarchy, in any way, could blur the lines of good and evil even in a child's mind. The urge to feel authoritative might be caused by an unhealthy give and take relationship between the kids and the parents. A student who bully might be failing to use power against his/her parents and tend to use it against other people, usually the same age or younger. Sometimes, the urge to be the leader from his/her circle of friends could cause a student to bully someone. And in rare cases, a student who experienced being bullied has a tendency to do the same to others as a form of revenge. Probably the most common reason of bullying and apparently the most unfair, is the hunger for attention. Again, if we were to trace back where the lack of attention might come from, our first clue is at home. Busy parents are the number one reason why students bully to gain attention. Lack of moral support and attention from parents are crucial in the growth of a child. And as a student, they need constant supervision of their parents to perform better at school and have knowledge of what's good and evil. If students couldn't be attended by their parents, they may commit bullying. Another arena of lack of attention is outside the house, with neighbors or classmates or even friends. A student might be lacking attention from people that surrounds him/her which results to the urge to do something noticeable, which includes bullying as the worst. However, probably the most hateful way of gaining attention is for personal fame. A student might be well attended at home and has many friends who notice him/her and yet still commit bullying. This student needs a whole other level of attention. This student bully just to be famous. And it is the worst cause of bullying. Students that do this might need help from a psychiatrist or a lecture about humbleness and self-preservation. All of these reasons aid to the existence of bullying. And if we aim to cease bullying, we must start solving these small issues because these small problems lead to a bigger one, one the we are taking so many years to prevent, yet nothing happens. We are so focused on trying to eliminate bullying in schools. But little did we know, we are missing the root of all bullies, which is their homes. If we could start the prevention from the households, we would have a better chance of preventing the existence of bullying anywhere, forever. Blog Writer: Arabela Andeo

this is so sad lets fake depression
Today's youth is arguably the most emotionally vulnerable , stress susceptible and depressive out of previous generations, thus making them one of the most anti productive generation juxtaposed to their previous counterparts. Well I wanna talk more about kids and their so called depressive state cause i can see this storybuilding is just filler.
Fake Depression is a state in which one try's to mimic and falsely exhibit symptoms of genuine depression without going through/having any valid reason or traumatic stress, in order to satisfy their need of getting attention/pity through others, or even to find gratification in self-deprecation. Nowadays, this act is commonly found in teenagers and even pre-teens (aka students) who're just getting a grasp of what life is in whatever ideology they taught themselves while going through puberty.
Considering those who inhibits this act is predominantly made up of children (most often students), they commonly associate this with their perception of eros-love without going through any sort of effort and or valid classification of a relationship, then dwell on it by complaining to each of their equally pathetic friends. Anyways, there are also other reasons such an act is put, most often is when they see this as an oppurtunity to flaunt their emotions and to show they're desperate for attention, typically through social media cause they can't bother to put up an act around real people. And of course they are fully conscious and aware they are putting up a charade to manipulate those around them, yet still insist to feed their contemptuous ego. (woah big boy uses big words) There are also those who think its 'cool' to be depressed and see it as a trendy following and force themselves to be be upset through songs that invoke sadness and or partake in self-induced stress. (3/4 through and i realized i wrote a rant instead of an essay, ayos bagsak) Once confronted about this, they either make up a lousy excuse analogous to "you dont know me bro stop assuming bro" or become all of a sudden lethargic once you mention their (((depression))).
Coming from someone who has been doing the same until recently. Faking depression is not some fashionable excuse to attract attention and not a way to answer why you're being sad for a few moments then claiming that you do indeed have depression. Nah, that's just plastic and pollution's bad. So my answer to those who relate to this : if you're not happy stop being sad. But hey, anyone who takes advice from an edgy 13 year old is a fool and should be shot. blog writer: miko cate

Why Do Students Get Stressed?
Stress is the physical and mental response of our body to demands made upon it. It is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset you balance in some way. Nowadays students experienced stress due to family problem, school problem, and also the bullying.
The first common stress is the family problems. Because there are parents that push them towards the limit. They do their best but there is something that hinders them from doing/study because they can’t focus because their parents push them to something that they can’t do.The other one is their parents compared them to others. This one makes a student stress because of their parent’s comparing so the students lose their education/study.
The next common stress is the school problems. The overloaded projects may cause stress and it is the one reason why their grades getting low. The next is getting bullied by other students because of that problem they bring that experienced into their lives. And that’s why they can’t also focus on their study
Here are some tips to overcome those stresses. Pray to GOD is the best you can do to overcome your stress. Because GOD is always there to help us with our problems and He will never give us problem that we can’t solve. GOD has a good plan for us. the other tip is ask for help. You can ask for help to your families, friends, teachers, and to people you know. Before you open your problem to them make sure that they will not say it to others. and you can ask them to give you tips to solve that.
Stress is one of the biggest problems we have to deal with in modern life. When you overcome those stress you can be easy to solve the stress whenever you experienced it again. Just always talk/pray to GOD and ask Him to give you strength to overcome all the stress you will be experience. Always smile to avoid showing that you are stressed.

ᴍᴀɴᴀɢɪɴɢ ᴛɪᴍᴇ ɪɴ ꜱᴄʜᴏᴏʟ
Time management is very essential in finishing the different levels of life, but its usually utilized the most during your time in school. Time management is the process of planning and controlling how much time to spend on specific activities.
So, why is time management so important? First of all, time management helps you complete activities in a timely fashion and stick to a schedule. This means that you would have an easier time doing the things you do because you’re more organized. Secondly, it gives you time prepare for each upcoming activity that you plan to do. If you get too learn how to properly manage your time, you would be doing things like procrastinating, rushing, and staying up late less. in a sense, everything is peaceful and orderly.
Now that you know why, let’s talk about how.
These are some tips that could help you get into time management faster.
1.       Start a to-do-list
This is a list on what you need to accomplish every day, important things first.
2.       Know your limits
If you find your to-do-list too long, its ok to only do the things that you can. Knowing your limits and sticking to them will go a long way in keeping your to-do-list manageable.
3.       Schedule everything
Carrying a pocket planner or using the calendar app should help you stay organized and on schedule. Be sure to include any important projects, activities, and events in your planner. This avoids conflicts in your schedule.
4.       Don’t procrastinate
I cannot stress this enough! Don’t make it a habit to put off what you can do today for tomorrow. If you do, the only feeling you’d feel is… stress. Everything you worked for would just be in shambles and chaotic.
Finding a healthy balance between school, work, and a social life can be challenging, but it’ll only get more complicated In collage. By implementing these time-management skills now, you’ll be ahead of the game. Not only will these skills translate in collage, but to your future career too. The choice is yours, time management king/queen or procrastinator?

How To Cope Up With Stress In School
Stress is a situation that teenagers feel these days. Especially at school, the school year can be hard on anyone. Academic stress can build upon self-esteem issues, your family, friends, and even for yourself. When not taken care of, your performance suffers, and life just suffers.
If you want to get rid of stress, you must find the source, or where your stress is coming from, it might be from friends and family, school situations, or even from yourself. Then get rid of the source, if you ever have problems including friends, feeling left-out or alone, you should find people that will make you happy, so that you wont be suffocating in terms of situations, if it’s about family, a communication between you and your family must be established - they need to know that’s how their actions make you feel. Next, talk to someone your comfortable with, what’s better than a friend giving you advice, get help and tell them how you feel. Next, you need to start thinking positively it’s easier said than done - but once you do it, you’ll never go back. A positive mindset can keep stress away, making the most difficult tasks seem okay. It will eventually go with the flow. With a new, fresh outlook on life, nothing will stop you. Lastly, spend your time doing something you love, everyone needs a passion to keep their inner self going strong. We all need something that makes us happy. If life is all work on no play, you’ll be on a miserable journey. So make whatever you love a priority. Your performance in school isn’t the end-all-be-all of your life, so don’t give all your time to it. Spend your best years enjoying them, not resenting them.
Stress might lead to a lot of things, but if we have something to control it, then it will make teenage life better, and the best.
