Reportage
SCAVENGING HUNT
In my perceptions photography is not a form of objective because. Photography is subjective by simply being a visual art. In other words, it is based on your perception rather than judgments from other peoples perspective. Photography is a broad field of venture it is an intricate form of art that requires complete precision in all its facets. While creative nonfiction tells a true story in an artistic, or literary way.
The smell of decomposing trash and filth reaches me While looking at the image. It has a high poverty incidence due to lack of regular and decent jobs while social services like health and education are inaccessible. Many of the residents depend on scavenging and working at the nearby seaport where they earn very meager income. Looking at this image make me feel bad, for the children.
the life there is poor and very sad. And I've always taught to myself to look for the beauty of it and look in the beauty of the faces of the children and to be grateful. They call this a happy land, a heartbreaking view from inside the manila slums. I am completely at a loss for words to describe the experience of visiting the slums of Manila. Part of me just wants the pictures to do the talking, but that would be far too easy.
No picture can capture the sheer magnitude of suffering nor the incredible strength and resiliency of the people who call these places home. Amid the unimaginable filth and squalor, there is so much hope here. Men and women work scavenging garbage for a few peso, and even an old people. children go to school and smile broadly at visitors. It has been both deeply disturbing and thoroughly life changing.
Despite all of the courage and resilience we have encountered, the slums We saw countless families senior, middle-aged women and men, teenagers. small children who make their homes on vast, smoking expanses of refuse. Many of these people scavenge for a living, collecting garbage and reselling, gathering discarded food and recooking it. They call this Pag Pag and it is what they have to do to sustain their families.
Bare-chested and barefooted, as if they were in pristine wilderness instead of the stinking city center, young men turn abandoned refrigerators and scraps of construction metal into boats that they use to gather, clean and resell the cans and bottles that clog the Pasig river. Young girls carefully chop wild greens gathered from the trash by the river to garnish the food thrown away by someone affluent enough to waste. There are people right now all across the globe who are fighting for the most basic things we take for granted.
Their struggle must be our struggle. We are all connected and when one of us is diminished, we are all diminished. a hell of a lot about society, about living, about aspirations, and about the economy of resources, re-use and adaptation. It offers incredible lessons for the rest of the world.

Travelogue:Chasing waves
By:Jacquielyn Tuazon
I wanna Tour you, From Where I Left my heart in the sand. a Deepest blue i have ever seen, a Paradise Where I can Chase the waves. This is were it began A place that is peaceful in its own ways.
If you Ask me, what is a good place for me? It is the place to go to get away from all my troubles. It is the one place where I could sit forever, and never get tired of just staring into the deepest blue I have ever seen.
It is the place where I can sit and think the best. With their warm sand and gentle waves, beaches have a soothing ambiance that nothing can beat. There's simply no better place to let go of daily stress than on the beach.
They say salt water heals everything, And I agree. Watching waves reminds me Of strength from the wild air. And Ive learned that You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.
We also tried Kayak, at first I was scared because of the waves that, but after I've tried it, I knew it is fun to tried kayaking. I cannot believe myself on how do I get through the waves in Kayak. After that incredible adventure of mine I felt good. Near water is incredibly beneficial for my mental health. Kayaking eases my anxiety, reduces depression, and believe me or not It increases my self esteem.
If only I can turn back time I would want to stay and feel the moment when I was in calayo.
Batangas first came to be known as Bonbon. It was named after the mystical and fascinating Taal Lake, which was also originally called Bonbon. Calayo beach is knowned beach and one of the most beautiful beaches in Batangas, thanks to its white sand and clear waters. Similar to Boracay's Puka Beach, parts of Laiya Beach also feature bits of crushed shells.
The beaches in Batangas is one of the most popular Batangas tourist spots among local and foreign tourists. The island municipality of Tingloy is known for Masasa Beach.

Memoir
The Unexpected Journey
I have endured such challenges in life, everyone has a story, so heres mine. Ive been travelling for a quite a long time now
Moving to pagadian was a turning point of my life, I was a child who visited her home town it just felt like known place for me meeting my family, relatives, neighbors, it was intimidating at first, but my mother told me that adjusting to a new place always takes time and took her advice to look at the bright side
There where times my sister used to set me up in meeting new people but i just did not want to open up it was all new for me.
After a week I learned to talk to them and try to communicate with them even if dont really understand me that well and well also I dont even understand them either
Pagadian to bayan Journey is the most exciting and most enjoyable experience of my life. I remember when I was travelling to Bayan with the sister of mine. cousin were the add ons to my excitement. Travelling together and we enjoyed the most in those hours.
It was the summer of 2015 the weather is so humid as city full of Tree and theres a majestic view of Palayan.
But I still dont have any idea why we have to move from the city to province, different town with different cultures and history. Its scary and fascinating at the same time.
Life itself is an unexpected journey. We plan our weeks and days and more often than not, we come across something totally unexpected which displaces the balance of the plan we had already set up. But that's life, it is an unexpected Journey.
The journey reveals who you are and what you are made of.
For many people, discovering their purpose along the journey is the real success. It is not until they are faced with challenges and obstacles that they often discover what their true purpose is, and why they are on the journey.
And this is how it started We used to travel from one place to another not becuase we have that that kind of money but in other way around.
If you ask me, its not easy to move from house to house, staying in a place where you cannot make friends because you know someday you'll move to one another.
We all knew that our house is symbolic of ourselves, our safe haven from the outside world, which is why it is so hard to leave and start all over again.
One sunny day when Me and my Mom along with my sister was walking to the airport. off to my Mom's Hometown, were she used to live when she was young. I got curious What happened when she was young.
why do we need to move, from time to time whenever she had a chance? I asked her.
I Asked her Once if she had told me everything there was to know, about her adventure. Before she decided to make a family on her own.
She aswered me. Its because i want to show you the world so that even when you move yo another place, another country you should try to adjust and live.
Someday youll have your own family, Your kids are watching to see how you handle life and how you handle things you didn't see coming. Expecting the unexpected will allow both you and your child to see life with less anxiousness, less fear, and less depression. Because, if you see life as an adventure, your kids will too.
surprising, because you did not expect it at all, or you expected it to happen in a different way.
It was an unforgettable moment; around us buildings shook as explosions ripped through the night air. It was an unforgettable moment.
Every person has a different experience, a different destination and itineraries to tick off. However, it's a journey that we must learn to savour, cherish and treasure. Everyone has a different meaning to their journey as well. Life's journey is filled with roadblocks and achievements but we must savour every bit.
Now I know that life alone is a journey , Life's journey sometimes takes us on unexpected paths. There are twists and turns in the road that none of us can anticipate. But with each of these twists and turns there is also opportunity.

Jacquielyn who take place of another And holder of the heel
Origin and meaning :
Jacquielyn originated as a feminine form of Jacques, the French variation of James, and therefore Jacob. Jacob was ultimately derived from the Hebrew name Ya'aqov, and gets its meaning, “supplanter” from the story of Jacob supplanting his brother Esau as the first-born son in the Bible.
Jacquielyn was first used in France in the Middle Ages.
To most Americans, the French Jacquielyn still recalls the Kennedy era and its elegant First Lady, although it's lost a good measure of its glamorous image and Gallic gloss. Jacquielyn and Jackie peaked as names in 1961, the age of Camelot, reaching a high of Number 37.
My parents named me Jacquielyn not because it has a meaning on it. but because my mom had this artist who she really like. she is a filipina-amerikan actress and that's where she actually got my name from. (JACQUELINE RICE)
