hey who else thinks about how when mako thought raleigh was dead, she thought she had lost EVERYTHING… she went into this knowing she’d lose pentecost but losing him, both jaegers, AND raleigh (who’d Just asked her out, might I add) has to have been so much for her. and that laugh of relief when she finds out raleigh is alive isn’t just because she cares about him, it’s because she knows she won’t be alone. at this point she’s seen enough proof of his loyalty to her to know that no matter what follows, he WILL be there with her. fuck my life I hate them

happy january 12, 2025. it's pacific rim day and designations is back up on ao3 and i feel like my heart is going supernova dude. im tearing up.

Crying bc the events of Pacific's Rim are literally happening right now. January 8 was the day Mako and Raleigh fought those kaijus in the Hong Kong double event. January 12 is the triple event where they close the breach. In two days we cancel the apocalypse.
