Hello, I’m Jagger Babuin, a lifelong entrepreneur, investor, and author with a passion for creating value, building businesses, and inspiring others to live with purpose and positivity. My journey has taken me across industries, cities, and even countries, but the core of my mission has always remained the same: to innovate, grow, and empower others along the way.

My Entrepreneurial Journey

I grew up in a small town in British Columbia, Canada, and now call Medellín, Colombia my home. Entrepreneurship has been in my DNA from a young age. Whether launching startups or expanding into new markets, I’ve always been fueled by the challenge of creating something meaningful from the ground up.

Over the years, I’ve founded or contributed to nearly a dozen startups across diverse industries, including marketing, technology, and real estate. I’ve built businesses that solve real problems, offer innovative solutions, and deliver results, while also bringing together the right people to execute each vision with precision and passion.

From 2010 to 2015, I was the owner of DHR Inc., a marketing agency that focused on social media marketing, online lead generation, and paid advertising through platforms like Facebook and Google. Following that, I served as Operations Director for Xena Interactive, an online advertising agency where I led strategic planning, team building, and company growth initiatives.

Real Estate: My Current Focus

Today, my primary focus lies in the real estate sector, a dynamic field that allows me to blend creative strategy with tangible impact. I’m the Managing Partner of Cash House Buyers 4 You, a real estate acquisitions firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Since July 2020, I’ve led a team of 15 professionals dedicated to acquiring, renovating, and selling single-family properties throughout Georgia and Alabama. Our specialty lies in Short-Term Rentals (STRs) and rehab-to-flip projects, leveraging innovative solutions to maximize property potential and community value.

Additionally, I serve as the Managing Partner of Elite Group SAS in Medellín, Colombia, where I’m currently expanding into real estate development, including commercial hotel and resort projects. Medellín is a vibrant, growing market that presents incredible opportunities for sustainable and profitable development, something I’m deeply excited about.

Outside of real estate, I’ve poured my experience and philosophy into authorship. I’m the proud author of Bricks to Billions: The Blueprint of Real Estate Entrepreneurship, a comprehensive guide that outlines how aspiring real estate investors can turn their ambition into long-term business success. The book focuses on fostering a mindset of positivity, resilience, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship.

It’s more than just a business book, it’s a call to action for anyone who wants to take control of their financial future while staying grounded in personal growth and integrity.

I believe in transforming opportunities into lasting value. This belief extends far beyond real estate; it’s about people, communities, and ideas. Whether I’m mentoring a startup founder, exploring new development markets, or leading a team, I prioritize collaboration, creativity, and strategic execution.

I’m also a passionate advocate for health, wellness, and personal development. I believe success in business is deeply connected to well-being, physical, mental, and emotional. I enjoy spending time in nature, constantly learning, and connecting with others who share a vision for personal and collective growth.

Education and Background

I hold a Business Administration degree from Pitman Business College (2002) and attended Douglas College for business studies from 1993 to 1995. My formal education laid the foundation for my business acumen, but it’s my real-world experiences, launching ventures, managing teams, overcoming challenges, that have truly shaped my journey.
