I haven't seen this picture of Jahar before. But as I was scrolling through some of his images my heart tore to pieces. He was capable of so much not to sound cheesy and to think one day changed so much. I feel bad for the victims who missed an arm or leg or even worse, a relative. I'm against the death penalty 100% and I really don't think Jahar deserves to die and we have to face it, the day is coming. Who knows maybe even tomorrow they would announce his execution. 2013 is the year I will never forget as I saw his picture on my Tv with the word 'wanted' . It's honestly sad he followed his brother's idea. He could have really done something great after college. Also, the SAMS restriction against him getting letters from the outside is stupid. They're torturing him mentally. Sorry for this long rant I just had to get it off my chest.

I heard that Dzhokhar is slightly deaf as a result of the wound in his throat. Learning new things about that wound, but still don't know what caused it... He was unarmed, so the story about suicide attempt is bullshit. I wanna know what exactly happened. Who shot him in his throat???

Yes 1 of the shots left Jahar mostly deaf in 1 ear with only a ringing in it even after much time passing. At Devens he was offered a surgery to possibly repair the damage but declined. That injury is suspicious as hell. In legal documents his surgeon is on record as saying that the shot that caused the injury exited at the base of his skull but entered from inside his mouth.

LE has never really made any kind of statement re: all of the injuries Jahar sustained while in the boat. They quietly had to walk back the suicide attempt lie after it was released that Jahar was unarmed when arrested and that no weapon was found in the boat. Unless he was sitting in the boat with his mouth open as LE fired 100’s of rounds into it and him, there is no legit way that injury occurred.
