Shreyansh Jain Bio - Managing Director, Sjain Ventures Deep understanding and proven track record in Software Project Management, Operations Management, Legal Framework, Finance and Accounting, Digital Marketing, Online Lead Generation. I had orchestrated strategic improvements in organizational structure, systems and processes; divested non-core assets; and restructured the debt to set new benchmarks in corporate performance and governance through operational excellence backed by strong CRM and compliance. My aim is to build a company which gets counted among the most admired and most trusted integrated utility companies in the world, delivering reliable and quality products and services to all customers at competitive costs. Graduated from IIT Bombay. After joining the premier Institute he realized that many students have a great potential to work in the software field and most of this innovativeness of students was going waste or cornered by big software giants that hired them but didn't give enough chance to explore and do something in the field which they find interesting. So keeping in view this philosophy DMS was started to provide not only existing software solutions by expert Students of IIT but also to give freedom to team members to innovate, think out of the box and make some important contribution to the world. Shreyansh Jain - Managing Director, Sjain Ventures | INSPIRATION Shreyansh was highly inspired by the philosophy that many students have a great potential to work in the software field and most of this innovativeness of students was going waste or cornered by big software giants that hired them but didn't give enough chance to explore and do something in the field which they find interesting. So, with this philosophy in mind he had decided in the very first year of his learning at IIT Bombay that instead of getting recruited by others, he would give employment to others. He thought of a scenario where he was to work on his own will and comfort so that he could search the depths of his bags and come up with new innovations through which his business could be expanded. So, with these philosophies in mind he started his first company QEA Eduventures during his first year at IIT Bombay. Success in his first venture inspired him to come up with more innovative ideas which could be employed towards the upliftment and betterment of the society and thus followed his chain of ventures.

Shreyansh Jain, the Promoter of Sjain Ventures, leads the company with his profound vision and commendable people skills. Shreyansh comes from a humble family that has its roots in the field of education. Being an IITian at the core, he floated his Sjain Ventures when he was in just in his first year of B.Tech studies at IIT, Mumbai. Success in his first venture inspired him to come up with more innovative ideas which could be employed towards the betterment of the society and thus followed his chain of ventures.

Shreyansh Jain is the Director in Delphoenix Groups Companies. Prior to this he was the Managing Director of QEA Eduventures Pvt Ltd. & DMS Infosystem Pvt Ltd. Shreyansh orchestrated a smooth changes in the top and middle management of his companies, divested non-core assets, restructured the debt, simultaneously raised fresh capital from financial institutions and eventually running the business as CEO and shareholder.

He aims to make a company which gets counted amongst the most admired and most trusted integrated utility companies in the world, delivering reliable and quality products and services to all customers at competitive costs, with international standards of customer care- thereby creating superior value for all stakeholders.

Meet Shreyansh Jain, CMD, Sjain Group, who is determined to harness the potential of the youth in our country. Turning Vision Into Reality:- Nothing could dampen the spirits of the 17-year-old who wanted to open his company in spite of Indian laws disallowing it, due to age bar. His cousin joined hands with him and that’s how his first company Educell came into existence. Reminisces Shreyansh, “The decision to get into education business was taken care by considering all the statistics and data available – 25 percent IITians join financial firms, 20-25 percent get into marketing, 20 percent into consulting, 20 percent into applied engineering and 5-7 percent get into core engineering. These calculations showed us opportunities in entrepreneurship in the education sector. We realized that India has only a few premiere institutes and students of small towns are unable to reach them due to lack of proper mentoring.” Through his series of books, his company minted great revenue in a very short span and Sjain series, which unveiled the strategies followed by top IITians, became an overnight success. A year later, Shreyansh opened a company called QEA Eduventure Private Limited. The new firm started reaping rich dividends and his bank balance started swelling. Driven by the desire to excel in life, he diversified his business to launch DMS Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. at the age of 19 and then his media firm, Next Generation Media (NGM).
