Darkness: pt 1. So I haven't posted on here for a while. Not because I've been busy getting ready for opening my own studio or because I've been getting ready to host a gallery, (both of which I am doing soon!) but because frankly I've wanted to die. I've not been out and taken a photo for months now because frankly I've been depressed for so long now that I was quite willing to jump in front of a train a few weeks back. There's this glorified need on social media to "talk about your problems" but to whom? It feels like nobody cares about your mental health. Especially if you're a guy. For example: I asked my parents for help back in February, and their response was "that's a bit dramatic..." like yeah, no shit. I'm depressed and suicidal, of course its dramatic - but it's also fucking tough...
