Because of changing the brands colour scheme due to being too bright and in your face here is the updated version with a more considered colour scheme.

Posters - Portrait development
In these designs i had made more paired with the billboard poster. The green borders match also with the outline on the imagery. I also played with the size and composition of the imagery. My favourite would be the one at the bottom that overlaps the type. This is because it is coherent with the billboard and the composition is the cleanest.

Posters - Initial portrait designs
These initial poster designs did not work very well in my eyes. The composition is off and they dont really relate to the billboard poster i have designed.

Using borders I felt that the psoters lacked something. I had added a border round the imagery which was effective so i thought that whole poster could use one and i think it turned out great. The green border is my favourite as it compliments the green type.

Outlining the imagery with colour to bring the image out.
I had been influenced by the giff gaff advert for the outline and i think it is really effective because it pops the image out of the page a bit making it a little more impactful. The grey seems more affective than the white because it doesnt blend in with the text.

Trying full colour backgrounds and speech bubbles.
Again having a block filled background feels too much. The addition of a speech bubble for the strapline is nice but doesnt feel like it belongs in the branding.
