“I- guess?” Jake paused, tilting his head a little in confusion. “He always seems happy with what I do, so I don’t know how picky he is. But yeah... We can definitely go to the mall.”

Jake bit his lower lip briefly, holding back whatever snarky comment wanted to escape his lips at the woman’s enthusiasm. “Well, yeah, that’s kind of the point. I... Let’s just say that the extent of my Christmas shopping for the last... I don’t know, six years or so, has been going to the liquor store for my brother and my father, and buying some sort of nice perfume for my mother.”

Catarina stared at him for several long moments before breaking out into a smile. “I would love to help you. What did you get and who is it for? Christmas shopping is my favorite thing to do.”

“Well, you see-” He paused, before letting out a slightly awkward laugh. “I haven’t actually gotten anything yet, because I had no idea what I was doing at the store. But I figured- I don’t know. He’s a kid, like- nineteen. His name is Cecil.”

“Well, you see- that’s where I’m running into problems,” Jake said slowly. “This guy is... well, he’s nineteen. So I don’t have any idea what to get him, because it’s been... A long time since I’ve been nineteen.”

“Look, I know I’m... really not the person to ask as far as this kinda thing is concerned, but-” Jake paused, chewing on his lower lip slightly. “It’s been years since I bought a Christmas present for someone. And I think I need help to make sure it’s... good.”

“I don’t have a clue what you’re talking about, mate,” Jake muttered, sliding into an empty barstool before ordering himself a beer.

Yeah? What is it?” Yuri asks looking over at the sound of someone coming.

Cecil’s expression melted into a warm smile before he nodded and ordered the chocolate cheesecake once the waiter came. The small conversations they held was quickly followed by the check. He couldn’t help himself; glancing over silently, the blonde quickly spotted a 4 in front of two other numbers before his eyes widened considerably. “—Oh my God I didn’t know how expensive this all was.”

A small laugh escaped Jake’s lips as he shook his head, grabbing the check before pulling out his wallet. “Don’t worry about it. I knew how much it was going to be,” he said simply, pulling out his debit card and sliding it into the small book, before setting it on the edge of the table. “It’s not that bad. I’ve got places that cost more- don’t worry about it,” he said softly, a small grin quirking his lips.

C: He wanted to speak up and defend himself against the man and his accusations, but Jake sounded so sad. The elevator dinged for his floor, but Cecil didn't notice at first. Sliding his hand over the man's cheek, he leaned up and carefully pressed a butterfly kiss against his lips, "Let's just.. talk about this, okay?" With that, he led Jake back into his room, opening the door for himself before he changed into something comfortable, took out his contacts in favor of glasses and shoved his tips on the table before sitting down next to the other.

J: He kept the kiss slow and careful as he felt Cecil's lips against his own, his grip getting softer on the blonde's waist as they pressed together. "That's what we were supposed to be doing anyway... Talking," he whispered. He let himself be pulled to Cecil's room, his shoulders slightly slumped as a small hum escaped him. Sitting on the edge of the boy's bed as he watched the other changing, a small smile spreading across his lips at the glasses. "I like you better in glasses," he whispered softly.

C: "You don't have to see it since you didn't even have to be in the fuckin' club, but you came anyway. If you're okay with people touching me in porn 'cause they're paid for it and you're not okay with people touchin' me in clubs 'CAUSE THEY PAID FOR IT then I don't--" But the words were quickly stopped when Jake yanked him back and pushed him against the wall. For the first time in their relationship, his eyes held..fear. Cecil shrank into himself and looked down, begging the elevator to go a little faster.

J: Maybe if he wasn't buzzed, he'd feel bad about how scared Cecil seemed, but right now he was too angry to really care. "Being paid for it and paying for it are two completely different things, Cecil!" Jake snapped, eyes narrowed as he glared at the boy. But when the boy looked away, his demeanor melted slightly. "Look at me," he requested quietly, voice cracking. "I can't... I can't share you like that, Cecil. I don't want to."

C: "Just because I didn't stop them from grabbing me doesn't fucking mean I wanted them to grab me. But sure, blame me." He snapped, stomping back to the castle and rushing over to the elevator before Jake just to spite him. Stepping into the elevator, he pressed his floor and crossed his arms over his chest.

J: More than a little angry as he stomped into the elevator with the blonde, Jake jabbed at the button for his floor, a slightly angry grunt escaping him. "You let them, though! And I hate other people touching you. I hate seeing it, and I told you I didn't want that shit to happen, Cecil!" Unable to stop himself, he grabbed the male's hips as the elevator doors closed, pressing him against the back wall of the elevator as his eyes narrowed. "You're mine. And I don't want anyone else touching you."

C: "Thirty three. Makes everything better, doesn't it?" he rolled his eyes a little, "You didn't MAKE me feel the way that you feel. You did it to spite me and what I did had absolutely no malicious intent behind it. I need money and I didn't ask you to be there; I'm not going to do anything and no one is going to fucking do anything to me without my permission. I'm fucking 19 years old, okay? /You're not my dad/." Cecil gave him a dirty look before straightening himself up and turning on his heel, "I'm going back to my room."

J: "I was upset, and jealous, and I wanted to make you upset and jealous," Jake said slowly, biting his lower lip as he stared at the other male. "They're all a hell of a lot bigger than you are, Cecil, if they wanted to do something, they could! And I needed to make sure they didn't." He stopped short, eyes narrowing. "Oh, so you wanted them to grab at you then, huh? Since no one would do anything to you without your permission." A glare settled on his face as he hissed a, "fine," before stalking off, brushing past the blonde as he took larger steps towards the castle, brushing by the boy.

“Would you really? Are you gonna be grumpy about it or will you smile?” Cecil itched to sit next to the man, but it would be stupid inappropriate in such a nice place such as this. Instead, Cecil delicately placed his hands on his lap and smiled quietly at the other, “Okay…maybe just the chocolate mousse then..”

“I’ll fake a smile if it means I get a reward once it’s over,” Jake teased lightly, winking at the male playfully as he shrugged his shoulders. “Are you saying that because it’s what you want, or because it’s light and you don’t want to look like a pig? Seriously- you can get whatever you want. I heard the chocolate cheesecake is really good, you know. If you got that I might even be tempted to steal a bite.”

C: "I knew you had a fucking problem with sharing but I thought a 32 year old man can contain himself instead of being a childish prick and combat his insecurities with grabbing some other guy's ass," he snapped, "Get your fucking hands off of me. I'm not promising you anything because I'm even more pissed that I have to tell you ten fucking times to let me go."

J: "Thirty three," Jake corrected quickly, arms cautiously dropping from the other male's waist. "I've always faught fire with fire. I got angry, he started hanging on me, so I made you feel the way you were making me feel." He glanced down slightly. "I trust you. I just don't trust them."

“Well yes, but a lot of them are also my age so, you know..if you got along with them, maybe we can have double dates,” Cecil said a bit hopefully, peering at the other, “Oh.. I just like chocolate way too much,so I thought it’d be a bit better if I restrained myself for a little bit right now. You know–so I don’t embarrass the fuck out of you.”

“I would go on a double date if you asked me to. Even if I hated it,” Jake said softly, a small smile spreading across his lips. “You could never embarrass me. If you wanted chocolate, you could get chocolate. But I’m seriously considering apple crisp, because it’s one of my favorites. I like it better than apple pie, at least.”

I get cash, they get an ass squeeze from a kid who's PROBABLY half their age--" He turned around, one hand pressed harshly against Jake's chest, "Let go of me or I swear to God I'm not going to fucking talk to you for a week, Jake. I didn't expect you to be this sort of possessive because I thought you trusted me. I didn't even know you were going to fucking come and watch me like you're my God damn pimp. /Let. Me. Go/."

J: "I don't care! I still don't like it, and you can't lie to me and say you didn't think I would have a problem with it. You /knew/ I'd have a problem with it, Cecil," Jake hissed quietly, stubbornly shaking his head. "Promise you won't run away if I let you go and I will. I just need you to talk to me."
