On The Run: Liam & Amir

Part 1 continued...

"I should've stopped being so stubborn." She said laughing. He chuckled lightly with her. "Yeah, you should've." He agreed with her causing her to laugh harder. "Go in Amir, I promise ima come back to you tonight Pretty Lady." Tonight, seemed so far away. She reached for the door handle but her feet felt like she had weights attached to them. They were so fucking heavy. He had already walked her luggage up to her loft and being the woman, she is, she walked him back down. Not wanting him to be the one to walk out the door. "Liam, if you don't com…" He stopped her with a kiss on the lips. "I'm coming." Giving her a reassuring head nod, she finally moved to exit his G Wagon. She sent a quick prayer up, asking God to bring her man back even if just for one more night. He sat in the car watching his heart walk away from him, looking back with almost every step. Amir finally pulled open the door to enter her apartment. Before she could turn around good, he was driving away taking her heart with him. She went into her loft and cried. She had a feeling he wouldn't make it back but she prayed he did. She was pregnant. She found out a week before they went to Disney. So many questions and uncertainties ran through her brain and she needed her man for guidance. Something he couldn't give to her at the time because he was fighting a losing battle. She felt for him, her, and their baby. This just wasn't fair, Amir thought. She hurriedly grabbed her phone and sent Liam a quick text. "I don't care if we're on the run as long I'm next to you." Sending the laughing emoji to make light of the lyrics but she was serious. She wasn't expecting him to text back so fast. "Fuck it, let's go. I'm coming back." Her heart dropped. Amir FaceTimed him so fast. "Liam, stop fucking playing baby!!" She screamed into the phone. "I'm not Amir. I couldn't even pull off the block baby." He said it as if his heart was broken. Tears fell from her eyes. "I'm coming, baby." She hung up and grabbed the same bags he had just brought up. Once she made it to the bottom floor and out the door, her head started spinning. It was so many police cars, it looked like a movie. She saw Liam G Wagon but didn't see him. Her eyes searched through the crowd and they finally found him. Her vision became blurred as she ran towards him. They had him on the ground in cuffs as if he was an animal. "LIAM!!!" I screamed so loudly, I startled a few police officers. "Amir, get back. Please, baby." His voice was barely audible. He didn't want her to see this, to see him like this. Liam was a real nigga through & through but he knew certain shit broke you and this was one of those things. Amir felt so damn dizzy. She tried to move closer to him but then she felt the wetness between her legs. Glancing down she saw blood seeping through the jean fabric she had on. She passed out before she could process what was happening.

Part 1

The scent coming from her skin caused his manhood to come alive. If he didn't love anything else, he loved a woman who smelled good. He grabbed hold of her back as they walked thru the park viewing the lights. He had to keep moving before he ruined their date with his lust-filled thoughts. She blushed. She already knew what he was thinking because she was thinking it too. This has always been her dream date. Disney World during Christmas time. Although the park was filled with other visitors and sightseers, Amir felt like it was only them there. "Thank you for this Liam. You have so much going on in your life and you're making time for me." Amir thought it was best to finally express her gratitude. They've been playing this cat-and-mouse game for some time now because of her insecurities. She regretted it now since finding out Liam is such a great man. "If you haven't noticed, I'll do damn near anything for you. Even though it took a whole year to get you to go out with me." They shared a laugh. Amir was ready to go make love to him. They visited all the parks, rode all the rides, and saw the lights. It was time to go home with her man. "Let's go, baby. I'm ready for you to make love to me." Amir was never this blunt. It shocked and turned Liam on at the same time. They went back to their villa that was on the beach and they made love all night. Their lovemaking got so intense they even made love outside on the balcony. The next morning, they were packed and ready to catch their flights back home. Arriving in Chicago was refreshing for them. It was truly no place like home. "I had so much fun with you, baby. I hate it ended." Amir was being clingy but only because she knew their time was limited. He didn't respond. He reached over the armrest grabbing her chin lightly but with just enough aggression to pull her towards him and kissed her as if he'll never see her again. It took her breath away. "Go ahead, ima come back for you tonight." He assured her. "Let's just run baby. I'll go with you we can go together. This isn't fair, you don't deserve this." Her feelings were getting conflicted. She held them together for the duration of their trip but this departure felt like goodbye. "Pretty lady, you know I'm not going to run. Ima man, ima hold me down 10 toes." Liam was a smart man now but once upon a time he was a dumb boy and did some dumb shit. It finally caught up with him and now he has to pay for it. The saying "what you do in the dark, always comes to the light" was true as fuck. He was a powerful man with many connections but he couldn't make this go away, he tried from the first day the FEDS came at him. He was basically on the run and he was sure the FEDS could be coming at him at any given moment. That's what scared her. Them taking him away before she can say goodbye. Her heart couldn't take that. "Ima eat this time and I wanna say wait for me but please don't. Live and be happy, I promise I won't be mad." He was wiping her tears they were falling profusely. It was messing with his heart to see her like this. If he knew he would be going away, he would've never pursued her so strongly. He would've left her alone. Liam was a divine man and knew what he wanted, he wanted Amir. But God knows he would've let this woman flourish beyond him if he knew. He would've rather seen her happy with someone else honestly than to see her so distraught over him. It seemed selfish to make her love him under these circumstances. Amir didn't think so thou. True love can weather any storm and she considered this their first storm. A woman's love. Amir's love, man. He wasn't a soft nigga by far but a woman like her could break any man down.
