Omg I once had this. One time I had found out a boyfriend was cheating on me. N the constant anxiety of that took away my appetite. Even my favorite foods were hard to eat. I had no problem w coffee tho😅. It also came w another friend. I couldn’t sleep. I tried one night to sleep w/o weed o Tylenol pm n before I knew it the sun was coming up. N I had to go to work. That was a crazy time. I had to smoke a bowl n take 3 Tylenol pms just to get 5 o 6 hrs at best. It was a hard time but I miss the disgust for food ☹️

i wish the sight of food made me want to claw my stomach out
i hate constantly fighting myself

Never heard of these but only 25 cal!!! Pretty cool. I also use romaine heart lettuce leaves as “lil wraps”

I bought these as a tortilla alternative they're so low c@1!! I haven't tried them yet, but I'm planning on making a chicken rice n sweet potato wrap with them later. Maybe minus the rice I dunno yet, we'll see how the day goes.

💭 Create a dream board of your own inspo / th1nspo ! > This typically helps in visualizing your goal & working your way towards it
🛍️ Buying clothes a size smaller or at your GW
📑 Planning ahead food wise. If you feel like you're scared to binge or you just don't know what to eat. Use an app or plan your meal so you're able to see the calories
🍵 Do little things that make you feel good! For me , I like to sit on my balcony & drink green tea while wearing an oversized sweater because it makes me feel lighter and smaller.
👕 Clear out clutter ! Donate some old clothes that don't fit u / have bad attachments too. You're already cleansing your body of wasteful food, might as well declutter your space and mind.

Yesterday I was off work n I’m so proud of myself. I only had a yeti size cup of coffee w creamer (a lot of creamer I measured it once n it was like 300 cal so I just stick w that. I don’t measure every time) n an orange. I woke up at my new low for this relapse 🥳💃🥳💃🥳 125.8. I have work today so I’m not sure if I’ll eat. If I do it’ll be an omad. I prepped just in case.
I have some cans of tuna. Which usually I eat 2 but maybe I’ll eat 1 idk. A cup of plain Greek yogurt. Bread n butter pickles n romaine heart lettuce. N a monster coffee 160 cal.
I make lil “tuna salad carb less tacos”. I don’t really know what to call them. 😅

Yea I can relate. It’s a lot easier to get used to
ive been doing omad without even realizing it lately and i love it. my appetite is really small, i get full off of much less than i used to, and i can still eat a "normal" meal in front of people so they dont get sus, all while being under my cal goal for the day.
