Chris Evans plays Steve Rogers cold hearted, distant and egoistic, without the slightest care for his best friends, totally shutting them out of his life.
Saw this in a post.
Steve’s scene, when leaving at the end of Endgame, he treats his best friends like they had been just coworkers to him.
There is no sadness, when he leaves, no honest, heartfelt good byes.
And when he returns he doesn’t bother to greet them like they had been his best friends for years and is happy to see them again. He treats them like strangers. He doesn’t even have the polite decency to greet them more friendly, even if he has no emotional connection to them anymore. Steve is, in modern words, ghosting them.
Old Steve is just arrogant and condescending.
This scene turns the once lovable Steve Rogers into an obnoxious person.
I don’t understand how Chris Evans let himself be talked into play Steve Rogers like that and let that be his farewell from the character.

Bucky: Okay Morgan, there are 206 bones in the body, but! I’m gonna teach you how to dislocate someone’s body in 230 ways—
Sam: Dude. She’s a kid.
Morgan:...
Bucky: Oh yeah! You’re right.
*turns around for a few seconds before turning back with puppets over his hands*
Bucky, in somewhat a Kermit the frog’s voice: Hi kids! We’re going to show you how to dislocate someone’s body! Let’s start with the Clavicle region. Do you know where that is?
Sam: oh my god.
