Not to point the finger, to say this is how I feel. Practise today, ask yourself, where have I been hiding how I truly feel? How can I create some space inside of me by speaking honestly about whats actually going on inside? I promise you, the more you lean into vulnerability and expressing your truth, the more space you will have inside of you to receive.
