nah I'm called that because my old username on social media used to be sure jan and when I got deep into star wars i thought it was a good rebrand for my socials (people don't use this pun as much as they do weirdly enough) what's toki pona?

Imagine being Tywin Lannister when Tyrion returns from his vale adventure. Your least favorite kid got kidnapped and probably killed so you have to go to war about it for the family or something even though you hated his ass anyway. but then the shithead just shows back up with 3000 bearded guys carrying axes and the grubbiest looking man you have ever seen in your life and doesn't explain how he did it and you really don't care. Because now you have to go fight a teenager and his dog in open battle

i miss the old tumblr days when you annoyed someone even slightly and they went on a multi paragraph rant. one that started with "you know what? no. fuck this. fuck you." and contained insults like "moldy sock" and threats like "i'll steal your kneecaps". all while maintaining the attitude of a YA novel protagonist facing capital punishment rallying troops against a dictatorship.

Sure, romantic rejection hurts. But I think what gets me more is when you really want to be friends with someone; you like their vibe, their ideas, their whole aesthetic, and you just feel like you’d click. But then you get mixed signals, or it doesn’t go anywhere...

I never have a problem reaching out first, but then I start overthinking whether I’m being annoying or if they were never that interested in the first place.
