This is the reddit post that made me start thinking about DG being Charles Choi second body:

Some people even asked why Charles would choose to be a kpop idol if he had DGs body. I think its mainly because if you're handsome and talented in Korea you would for sure choose a career that gives u the possibility to be seen, and for Charles Choi advantage, to be influential, expecially among the young (and by saying this we come back again to the "lookism" true meaning that I posted here). I believe that if u want to have a certain impact, especially in Korea, u could either choose to be a politician or an important CEO, but if Charles wanted to have the attention of a younger audience, he did the best thing with choosing the whole kpop star career.

These are just my opinions and assumptions :)

Yall need to understand that The fact that these villans are attractive is the whole concept of the word "lookism". It can also be a challenge for the reader, to see if we are tricked by the whole pretty privilege thing, and justify the villan actions just because he's hot. Ofc there are different types of villans, and some did worse things than others, yet still, falling for some ppl is something that comes off without realising.
