It is not every day that you turn 32 and it is such a symbolic time, whereby who you will become is more clearly defined. The character begins to take shape. It is no different for a school, with traditions, culture and values becoming ensconced into our future being. Therefore, it was extremely fulfilling to hear, watch and to feel the presence of our God as shows in every presentation of each year level. The School also used the Service to reflect and thank its Foundation staff and consider those students, parents and staff who have been at our school from the very beginning.

School Administrator, Ms. Gladys Quillao said in her speech to the community, “It is how we are with one another that will profoundly affect our own lives and the lives of people to come. As we commemorate each year those who have made a contribution in the past to our present, we too will be remembered by those ‘yet to be members’ of this school community, for the contribution that each of us has made to Anniversay of their school.” With over hundreds guests attending the service and staying to participate in the festivities of the day, it was a wonderful opportunity to show-case the incredible learning environment and connected community that we have developed in our short history.

On Sunday, 15 September Maranatha Christian Academy of Manila celebrated its 32nd Anniversary Day. It is a day set aside to celebrate our history and revisit and reconnect with the continuing journey of the Senior High. We celebrate that we are blessed with such beautiful surroundings and wonderful facilities. We celebrate the joy of learning as we develop in mind, body and spirit. It was an opportunity to laugh, cry, remember, and to praise the memories of this wonderful school especially to celebrated how God good to us. Students of MCA roleplayed every story in Bible.
