None of the words I will write now, will be enough to describe the endless love within me. Sometimes, while listening to a random Taylor song suddenly my eyes fill with tears and I start to cry. A single place where her voice cracks or a single sentence that I need to hear at that moment causes this, or even just the relief of having Taylor's music causes this. It is a very difficult art to truly exist. It is very difficult to find people who will understand you. It is very difficult to find someone who will hold your hand and guide you in your darkness. When everything is going bad and you are struggling every day with the unknown of what you want to do with your life, it is very difficult to find things that will keep you connected to life but these difficulties have disappeared since Taylor came into my life. Because Taylor and her art are always with me and I can feel that she loves me even if she doesn't know I exist. She is the biggest female artist in the world and everyone adore her and she deserves this love so much. But I find my bond with Taylor much more special and personal behind this crowd. It’s like Taylor knows my biggest wounds and heals them. Every day of my life I realize what a right decision I made in loving Taylor and I become more attached to her. She is the one who pulled me away from the cliff I stood on the edge of, the one who always helped me while searching for the right path, and the one who warmed me on the coldest days. Her existence heals not only me but millions of people who feel like me. She is our hero and today is that hero's birthday. Her birth changed our lives and the world. Happy birthday to you Taylor, the voice of all of us. We are infinitely lucky to have you.

WELL. SO. I’ve been counting down for months and finally the ‘I Can See You’ video is out. I wrote this video treatment over a year ago and really wanted to play out symbolically how it’s felt for me to have the fans helping me reclaim my music. I had my heart set on Joey King, Taylor Lautner and Presley Cash starring in it. Joey and Presley had been in the video for ‘Mean’ when they were 9 and 13 and they are back and so ridiculously bad ass!! Taytay is INCREDIBLE in this (didn’t have a stunt double!) and shout out to Tay Lautner for being so awesome to hang with on set. The Tale of 3 Taylors 😆 I always wanted to direct fight scenes/a heist storyline and had the most incredible time plotting this out with my amazing DP Jonathan Sela. So proud of this one.

I remember making tracklist after tracklist, obsessing over the right way to tell the story. I had to be ruthless with my choices, and I left behind some songs I am still unfailingly proud of now. Therefore, you have 6 From The Vault tracks! I recorded this album when I was 32 (and still growing up, now) and the memories it brought back filled me with nostalgia and appreciation.
