🍁 I need this Fall Weather 🍁 to come through already. Ready for a Change of weather.

Speaking of change. The idea of change, is it necessary for everyone and/or anything?

My personal opinion, change is certainly needed for the majority of CERTAIN events, situation, and people. I bet that most people agree with this but I could be wrong. But you can not tell me that you don’t get tired of the same old thing everyday that’s not bringing you life and the growth that the Man upstairs (God)🤲🏾 got plans for you.

Like they always said, “ you can’t always expect different results by executing the same actions” Now, i don’t know who said that but I agree with it 💯.

Benefits of Change:

1️⃣Personal Growth

-Lessons are learned from changes. New insights of your life.

2️⃣Adaptation

-Every change that happens in your lifetime, you adapt to new situations, new surroundings , and new people.

3️⃣IMPROVEMENTS‼️‼️

- It’s either finances, relationship, marriage, business, career,etc. Change is highly needed. Doing something different will help you improve in any aspect of life.

4️⃣Values

-re-evaluation of your life is also needed. It is certainly helpful for everyone to look at things at a different prospective

5️⃣Little changes matter

- Eventually, more small changes you make, the more the desire of a bigger change will come to you

6️⃣Opportunities and New beginnings

-when closing out a chapter of your life, a new one starts. New fresh start and more doors open

How to Deal with Procrastination

1. Be honest with yourself and admit that you’re putting off stuff that really needs to be done.

2. Try and figure out why you’re procrastinating. Is it because you don’t like it, it creates anxiety, you don’t understand it, it feels overwhelming, you’re disorganised …?

3. Decide to break the habit of procrastination by deliberately rewarding yourself for doing something you’d rather not do.

4. Make a pact with a friend –where you deliberately and regularly encourage each other, and hold each other accountable.

5. Sit down and think – in detail – about all the likely consequences of not doing what needs to be done. Be brutally honest, and try and picture what you’re life is going to look like 6 months, a year and five years from now ( if you continue to procrastinate).

6. Decide to break large tasks down into smaller, more achievable tasks, and then tackle these smaller tasks one at a time.

7. Recognise your progress, and affirm and praise yourself for making these changes – and doing things differently, even though it’s hard.
