Elle Greenaway deserved better.

She deserved coworkers who didn't leave her alone when the whole team was under threat.

She deserved coworkers who didn't stand by silently while she got more and more triggered during a case that mirrored her own near-death experience.

Elle Greenaway at the very least deserved a boss who knew better than to put her in the field undercover when she was hypervigilant and disregulated to the point of zoning out and visibly twitching at every loud noise.

Her choices were her own, but damn if she wasn't led into the woods and left there at that devil's crossroads.
