this is all so extremely valid. i love the criminal minds fandom for the fact that we have all seen the characters differently. i ADORE that and i respect how everyone envisions the characters. nobody is ever wrong and saying that they are is a jerk move.

if you care all about heteronormative canon criminal minds and are judgmental to others who don’t see it your way just fuck off. we don’t want you around.

oh hey, hi, not okay.

if someone who is trans is watching a show and relates to a character, that's okay. if they think that character is gay/bi/lesbian/demi/asexual they are WELL within their right to think so.

there's not nearly enough safe representation of the LGBTQIA+ community in media today, so they kinda make their own AND THAT IS OKAY.
