Changed my mindset about exercise...
I have achieved a better level of fitness and strength and am certainly more aware of good technique and have gained a new knowledge of nutrition. I have changed my mindset about exercise and eating and have lost a little weight very slowly which I’m very happy about. We had really good fun, laughter and each session was very different and challenging, really feeling that we had a good work out. I felt sharing the sessions with Rachel was really great for me, we were able to encourage each other outside the gym times as well. Sarah, you are a really good teacher with good humour but with a level of seriousness which suited us well. You pushed us when we needed that and explained problem areas with genuine concern. So a big thank you, good luck with the Hen House project and hopefully we’ll see you for a follow up session sometime.

Highly recommend!
I having been training with Sarah Pearson for a while now and she has given me the confidence and techniques to get out in the open water and loving it. She has motivated me on many a run even if I do sometimes follow her swearing! Would highly recommend this team if you want to get fit with support but no judgements.

Great fun
I'm a person who has been phobic about gyms for many years. I am unfit, lead a mostly sedentary lifestyle and as a writer and trainer do a lot of careful thinking and creating but NOT moving. JJ has helped me to get back into physical exercise. He is great fun, encouraging but realistic, creative in his planning of a fitness programme to match my needs- and challenge me-and he has truly made going into a gym to work out something I enjoy doing! Amazing! I woud have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wants to get toned or fitter whatever their age or size. He's great!

Fitness test
An excellent last minute preparation two weeks before a piece of set fitness testing for the Royal Navy. Mike took me from struggling with a bleep test to actually starting to enjoy it. Well worth the training, first class!!

Mike’s Bootcamp
I've been coming to Mike's Boot Camp group session for the past 10 weeks. The session varies every week, so it's always different, no routine. Mike is great - offering advice throughout the session. I come away felling energised and uplifted. I feel fitter, more flexible, my balance has improved, plus I'm loosing weight.

Unbelievable Mentor
I have been lucky enough to work with Sarah Pearson after I was injured in Afghan.
At that time I still could not read or write due to the head injury. However, Sarah quickly realised that even though my life had changed massively my focus was still on Outdoor activities. She focused on what I COULD DO rather than what I COULD NOT !!
She gave me an aim to read and learn the sports of Triathlon. We did a 3 day ultra Triathlon in 2016.
Sarah is an unbelievable mentor and will be a credit as a Personal Trainer.

Age No Barrier
"Sarah Pearson has been working with three of my elderly clients for some weeks now; her approach and bubbly personality has struck a chord with all three individuals. Flexible, imaginative and understanding
“I was introduced to JJ by a physio who has been helping me with some problems linked to polymyalgia rheumatica.  My mobility has been badly affected and I've gained a lot of weight.  I used to be fairly fit and did a lot of long-distance running, so this has taken some adjusting to!  JJ has been fantastic and has helped me a lot.  I've had one excellent trainer before (plus a couple not so great) so I've got a good basis for comparison, and I'd say that JJ is right up there with the best.  His approach is flexible, imaginative, and understanding of my limitations, while always encouraging me to do more.  He's friendly and great company as well, and always leaves me feeling a lot better after his visits”.

Great North Run
“Jason is a FANTASTIC personal trainer.  I worked with him in the 12 weeks prior to running the Great North Run and he designed an ideal programme of training for me which led to me achieving my goal of completing the Great North Run, running all the way, and well under my sub 2 hour target time. I would totally recommend Jason.  He has a fun, lighthearted but committed approach to training and can focus in on individual requirements quickly and easily.  He is encouraging and positive in his style and I enjoyed and just as importantly understood the benefits of the training I did with him”.
