Jason looked over at the woman and smiled. “Yeah, well, that’s no surprise. You angels are sticks in the mud.” Jason knew he was insulting a whole species that for the most part were good people, but sometimes it annoyed him that wanting free will meant that he had to be a wingless creature. “You should try booze while you’re at it. Wait, does this mean you’re thinking about rebelling? Why the sudden change in diet?”

“This ice cream is truly something, I have never had time to just simply stop and enjoy in a dessert before…” The blonde admitted, no matter how strange it probably sounded for something most would consider so simple “Truly a pleasing delicacy”

“Because people don’t have interesting lives.” Jason deadpanned. He looked the woman up and down and smirked, while nodding his head. “Personally, I love the drama. You can choose to ignore it, but I don’t see the point. Humans are...messy. They’re funny that way.” 

“Gossip, it’s truly everywhere, why are people so in need of it?” The red head whispered to someone near, her hearing was of course heightened beyond humans and it was almost too much noise for her, but she was amazed how much people spoke about others, it seemed so….Wrong? Were humans so in need of drama and tearing into each other?

Jason leaned against the wall by the elevator after pressing the down button, sticking his hands in his pockets. “Obviously.” He laughed, eyeing the man up and down. He hadn’t seen a human this good looking in a while, which was saying something, since Jason got around. 

“You’d think a fellow CEO would be more assertive in the boardroom. Makes me wonder what you’re like in the bedroom.” Sure, it was sexual harassment to talk like that, but people didn’t really complain when Jason flirted with them. Not usually. He had gotten some drinks in his face before, but they usually came around when Jason worked his charm. 

“You goin’ home for the day or can I take you out for a beer?” He asked the man as the elevator doors opened, his eyes never leaving the other male’s form. “We can be all business, of course.” Jason grinned, knowing damn well he would be nothing but a flirt the whole time.

Jason had no business holding a meeting, but here he was around a large round table with a group of strangers and employees alike, discussing a project of a new invention that could revolutionize the world. Or tear it apart if Jason wanted it to go that way. 

“Thank you all for coming. I’m sure we can all come to an agreement on what to do next in a few days.” And with that, Jason adjourned the meeting, leaving the board room of his multi-million dollar building last. He caught up with someone he wanted to talk to and gave a bright smile to the other.

“You didn’t talk much in there. Cat got your tongue?”

if there’s one thing jason loves, it’s good drama, even if he has to make it himself

the only think jason is qualified to do is have a good time, but that doesn’t stop him from snagging jobs he has no business having, including running a technology company called Price & Co. Technologies. He has no idea wtf he’s doing, but man does he seem to do it well.
