These two are twins and used to be so incredibly close. Carrying the secret of their confusing birth is difficult, as is excelling in magic and living so long, so they both took comfort in each other.

Persi wanted to live life as a human while Ersa wanted to live life as a god, something neither could obtain, and this broke them. Ersa, ambitious as always, thought he was doing what was right for them both. When Persi nearly killed him because of his betrayal, it shattered him. Even 100 years later she was the only one he cared about but his desire to ascend got the better of him.

They helped each other as best they could until he chose bloodshed. Their dynamic is sad because he always hauled her about to try and rise up while she pulled back and fought to just be ordinary.

Sorry this is late *sobs* anyways I'm gonna rant about Ersa and Ed because they amuse me so much.

Ersa, being like 150 years old, and a demigod leading a cult, is very much a disillusioned gremlin. He is very smart but half the time he doesn't think and will act solely on how he feels or what would make him laugh. Without Ed, all of Ersa's followers would 100% be dead, and no demigod with a god complex wants that.

Ed is a very punctual kinda guy who tries his best to keep things in line. He's very, very sick of dealing with Ersa, but being a high priest has benefits and he's not keen on being put 6 feet under if he tries to quit.

It's very much a Tired Person Holds Creature On Leash dynamic. They do not like each other.

Sorry this is late!

You heard me rant about Teri and his boyfriend before but they just make my heart go pitter-patter, so you get to hear about them.

A lot of people in the revolutionary army were wary of Tor because of his origin and skarn shifter ability, as there's a lot of stigma around them and little known about them, but Teri did his best to nip that in the bud. As a mage, he knew what it could be like to be othered. They quickly became friends and eventually got pretty attached.

They're both protective of each other. Tor tends to anchor Teri down (in a good way) and helps them reel in their self destructive ways. Meanwhile Teri is like a hype man for him, and would most certainly kill for him. They both have domestic capabilities and tend to care for each other when they're not doing too well.

Tor, being like 6'5 and strong as hell, would hold a 5'4 (I think) Teri up for him to yell at people.

Added Ed to the main OC list!

Ed (Edel) is a conman who learned about the prospect of wealth in a growing community that kept rather hidden. He visited and learned a bit about their worship for Ersa, a demigod who tricked the village into thinking he was a full god for his own purposes. Ed decided to pose as a scholar and prophet, and grabbed the attention of Ersa, who offered him a place in the scheme if Ed would act like a high priest and put his skills of trickery to use.

Ed is the closest thing Ersa has to a friend and is the only person Ersa shows any hint of respect to. He's a knowledgeable and classy man.

7. (What's their handwriting like?) It used to be super neat because he was a perfectionist but now it's messy, partly because his fingers struggle to grip well, he doesnt care, and he hardly has to write anyways. His deputy/high priest Ed does most of the writing.

11. (How many times have they fallen in love?) 0 times. Ersa was always too focused on goals to really get attached to many people. He probably developed a crush or two in younger days but they were shallow and quickly dissolved.
