Does anyone else remember this interview? I just @ Julie, Warren, and Micharne on twitter bc I need know if they had a dating plot set up for rollins or carisi last season and it got pushed to this season...hence carisis new gf. I guess after khaldun i assumed that is who Warren was referring to, but now with nicole in in the picture, im wondering if that's who he really meant since khaldun and rollins didn't technically "date" ya know? I need answers!! Bc if this is a story line from last season that they recycled for now, then I have serious hope for Rollisi 😭

This is fucked. Absolutely fazucked. 5 more weeks of no eps, that's the same amount they took for the holiday haitus. I mean covid and all that but let's be honest, there hasn't been any reports of a covid case with the svu cast/crew, but there was a case among the l&o: io staff. Which probably meant it caused svu to stop filming bc they've all been filming the crossover ep together, so they had to make sure none of them came down w it.

Ugh I'm just saltly bc I called this shit. Stabler was going to fuck everything up and the writers are gonna forget about the other characters bc their golden children have reunited. Again, I get it, they started svu and e/o fans have waited twice as long as Rollisi fans, but fuckkk.

Also, im 95% sure Rollisi will happen soon, but what I'm worried about is that they keep switching these eps around and I'm worried about a continued storyline if they keep moving eps around. Plus, I feel like rollisi will happen then we'll have like 2 more eps in the season then a 4 month breakkkk

That's it. That's my rant.

Ok... So hear me out, I have a genuine fear that this whole 'Return of Stabler' chaos that will inevitably arise in s22 will really stonewall Rollisi and put them on the back burner. Don't get me wrong, I am all for a happy Olivia, she deserves it, and the Bensler fans deserve hella love after a damn near 10 year hiatus...however, SVU has this chronic problem when it comes to Olivia where her character-centric arcs are a bit long winded and all-consuming: i.e. the William Lewis saga, adopting Noah, the wrath of Grandma Shelia. She's the main character, I get it. But when was the last time we had a Fin arc? I mean he's been on the show for about as long as Liv. Or we got to see more of Carisi's family? Or just him in general, hell, this man became a whole lawyer and the man got a 5 minute party scene centered on him and that was that. You know?

Carisi is really coming into his own as the ADA and we finally got to see Amanda reach out to Sonny at the end of last season, so all in all, I'm nervous they will fall into the peripheral this coming season... That it will be all Bensler drama and everyone else will be thrown to the sideline because, as I mentioned above, SVU tends to only be able to focus on one character, arc, storyline, etc, at a time. We've been thrown hints since season 16 (ish) and I just want my ship to prosper, too.

And listen, Rollisi is the only ship I have going right now... Amaro left years ago, Flaurel from HTGAWM was a god damn dumpster fire for the entirety of the second half of the series, and all my other ships have gone down in flames as well.

Can I please just have one happy, cannon ship? Please?
