i shifted on New Year’s Eve

i was watching AOUAD and i was rlly sleepy. I started to enter the hypnagogic state and kept falling in and out of sleep. But before there was a scene where the teacher was writing quickly on a chalkboard. Then all of a sudden I feel my eye rub on a chalkboard. I jolt back and this is what convinces me I shifted bc I actually felt pain 😭. Do u guys think I shifted?

but this made me realize how easy shifting is bc I wasn’t even trying to and I took a LONG break. So believe me when I say shifting is real and that anyone can do it bc if I can, u can too.
