A smile quickly grew across his face when Jay heard the familiar voice, he would know it anywhere. “Aurora!” he exclaimed, holding his balance as she hugged him, wrapping his arms tightly around her. “I just got back” he said, taking a breath in, he had gotten back late that night, just in time to fall asleep. Aurora was the first friend he had run into, the first familiar face he had seen since Gil left to return to Auradon. While he missed home, he just needed more time to explore before coming back and settling down. “I’m great!” he huffed, shrugging his shoulders “I saw....all of it” he paused “or most of it anyways” he said with a smile. “How about you?” he asked “How have you been? What’s new? I had to have missed so much the past few months” he said, realizing it had almost been a year.

‘   jay!   ’    aurora beams.   the last person she’d expected to see in auradon central was jay jafar;    the last time she’d checked,   he was travelling!    aurora had hoped to see him alongside gil when the blonde had returned,   but there had been no jay in tow.    aurora can’t help the way she grins before she wraps her arms around him in a tight hug,   though it’s more like a tackle by the time she reaches him.    ‘    how are you?   where have you been whatdidyousee?    i missed you so much!   ’    jay is very much like the big brother she never had,    and aurora is ecstatic that he’s back in auradon.    he’s missed so much!    she can’t wait to fill him in on all the gossip…    FT.   @jayxjafar​

It had only been a few days since Jay returned from his journey, but he was not yet ready to give up on the adventure. He would soon be starting classes, starting his future. The idea was of course exciting, but it also scared him. Jay never thought that he would have opportunities like this, let alone thought he’d have to make these life changing plans.

 He decided to take a stroll through the woods to clear his mind, or at the very least get his thought straightened out. It must have been an hour before he realized how deep into the woods he had gotten when he heard a noise. “Woah!” he said on impulse, taking a step back and nearly falling at the sight of a horse.

He realized Merida had fallen, rushing over to her “I’m so sorry, are you ok?” he asked her, extending a hand.

          While Merida wasn’t disappointed in being given a more active position - far from it, it was actually rather nice to have something to keep her from checking the papers and media so often - it had kept her busier than she had expected. She was glad that people had been coming to see her, even if it was just to the more useful night classes, but it had been keeping her from her usually quite diligent training. She’d managed to drop by an archery course a few times over the last few months, sure, but even then shooting a stable target wasn’t exactly an aqeuquate source of training. Unless you were a novice, anyway.

          The woods, thought? That was more her speed. And while Auradon certainly lacked in some places, woods were not one of them. Shooting at imaginary targets while riding Angus made her feel like a teenager again…

…As did being reared off of his back when something appeared in their path.

Intro

Hello, my name is Pixel (she/her) and i’m 26 years old, EST I will be playing Jay Jafar and I could not be more excited! I love Jay’s confidence and sense of adventure, as well as how much room there is to develop who he is/will be!

Name: Jay Jafar

Jay cares deeply for his father, despite the way he has been treated. He wants his family to be closer, including his aunt and cousin.

His hobbies include: Sports of all kinda, but specifically tourney, hiking, climbing, and searching for rare items (he may be a little more like his dad than he wants to admit)

Favorite food: Pepperoni and banana pepper pizza.

Jay is struggling with settling back into a more “structured” lifestyle and is worried he will not have enough freedom in school.

He is studying sports management and wants to one day be a head coach.

His favorite place to be (other than the field) is with Mal, Evie, and Carlos, the time they spend as just themselves is vital to him.

He loves seeing his friends finding love, but he is afraid he would never be able to be his true self with someone raised in Auradon.

Nature has become his oasis, he loves being outdoors, climbing trees, hiking to new cliffs, and just being one with the land. Something he never enjoyed on the isle.
