Ch 57 is upon us

Alright folks here are the goods!

Since I didn't say this on my last couple of uploads I'm just gonna climb up on my soap box for a minute. I want to remind folks that I don't want these scanlations to end up on huge manga aggregate websites that ultimately make profit (whether from ad revenue or selling people's data, or whatever) from hosting scanlations that they themselves didn't create. Actually, even if the folks running those sites did make the scans themselves, I still think it would be wrong. I believe scanlations are an awesome way to introduce fans to new titles and keep international fans in the loop of titles that would otherwise take months or years to be officially available in their language (or never be available) so that's why I make them, but at the same time I don't think it's right for anyone except the original author to make money off them.

I know there's no way to really stop these scans from being uploaded to aggregate sites, but if you see them there, know that I didn't give permission for them to be uploaded.

Also, no shade to folks who do choose to use those sites - I certainly used many of those aggregate sites before I could read Japanese and before MangaDex was available - but now that something like MangaDex does exist I think we should support them! ^^

I had life things to do so I was out of the house until just now, but when I got home this was waiting for me ✨

SPOILERS FROM IMPRESSIONS SO FAR:

(I decided to make this a separate post):

The chapter is SHORT. EXTREMELY SHORT! (20 pages…. 🤯)

It’s all them and they don’t get interrupted. Doumeki goes home at the end.

Apparently, we have resolved nothing still and Yashiro and Doumeki are behaving like bad boys.

When he tries to push Doumeki into just getting it done. Doumeki insists on doing things his way.

Which leads to this image:

You can see Yashiro fighting hard here. Doumeki tells him to go ahead and throw up if intimacy still makes him nauseous.

When Doumeki leaves (promising to return):

Y: "For sex??"

Yashiro feels like he’s the only one who hasn’t changed. He’s the one not moving forward. I believe the word he uses is "livestock" that no one wants to buy?? Oy!!

Lots of flashbacks and a few flashes sideways I think. Lol.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh… a couple of dummies!

Granted, Doumeki knows who he's dealing with, but when are they just going to tell the truth to eachother?? Of course, if things were great, then we'd have no where to go but doom! So, I am good with them still skirting around. Yashiro can't be healed THAT easily, right?

Apparently Yashiro is aware he is a head-case and knows that he runs the other way when people get close.

"I am still contradicting myself. I blame myself for being treated badly, but when I am treated kindly, I immediately want to run away."

I call that growth!!! 🥰
