And while I smile and nod through

tears of my own, a sinking feeling

drowns my heart and lungs. I know

that after I walk away, I may go

home sad. I may spend hours

staring at the ceiling, or at

pictures of him. I also know,

though, that one morning I will

wake up fine. One day I’ll go out

and find a light much brighter than his.

Even once we’re born again, I’m not so sure

that his soul will find mine. I think that if

our new souls were to even pass on the street,

we wouldn’t give each other a second glance.

I wasn't able to do much costume pole -ing this Halloween due to recovering from a mid September surgery to repair a right hand bicep tendon tear. I'm back on the pole now; and while I'm far from 100%, I'm slowly getting my strength back. It may be 2 weeks too late, but here is my Halloween pole offering featuring left hand reverse grip iron x. Every day should be Halloween 🕷️🎃 definitely my favorite holiday. 🍁

This was the last time I had blonde hair. I love switching up hair colors but usually just dye over my natural dark hair and buy blonde #hairextensions to color as I wish. Currently, I'm slowly lightening my black hair to bring it back to #blonde.
