I need Mara Jade to exist in the canon universe and for Kleya to survive the war because I feel like after an initial period of absolutely HATING each other the two of them would somehow become inseparable trauma bonded cats who bond over things like How to Spy and Eliminate Targets 101 and How to Scare the Shit out of People by Staring Angrily at Them and Palpatine Sucked Actually Let's Do Target Practice On A Life-Size Cutout Chopper 3D Printed For Us to the point that everyone else who is friends with them is absolutely terrified of being in their presence. Except Luke, who is all sunshine and rainbows and "hey how are you guys today you want some hot chocolate?" and they can't even get mad because he's too adorable. Also they're well aware that he can behead multiple people at once by throwing his lightsaber like a boomerang and they respect him for it
