i think i am going to call an official hiatus from this blog, it isn't that i don't have muse, i just honestly don't feel comfortable here in this rpc at the moment.

no, i am not going to discuss it or make a detailed post about it. i'd rather just take some time away for a while. i will come back to this blog after some time and i am probably going to remake my blog so keep an eye out for that.

with arms crossed, obi-wan raised a brow at anakin's protests, some things, it seems, never changes. even when surrounded by all this death and destruction. leave it to anakin to be the same as he has always been. the jedi master shifted from one foot to the other as he thought about anakin's words.

raising a gloved hand, he brushed along the line of his beard and regarded his former padawan with a small smirk. ❝ because ― aren't they your pilots? you have flown with them far more times than i have. ❞ releasing his arms, obi-wan took a step closer to anakin and shook his head. ❝ but if you really want me to, i will talk to them. ❞

obi-wan tilted his gaze a bit at the mention of resting, though he held his doubts even with the words spoken, it was hard to pull anakin away from anything when his mind was focused on a particular task. ❝ i am very concerned, actually ― ❞ a tone rose that was only ever reserved for times when he needed to be heard, to be taken seriously, his master voice, he remembered ahsoka commenting about before. ❝ i might take up on that compromise, yes that is excellent. go rest and when i come back i better not see you still glaring at this map. ❞

taking one last glance, the jedi general turned on his heel and left the room. he knew anakin wouldn't be easily swayed by his words, not now, not after he was knighted but it was worth a try.

anakin felt his lips twist into a grin. meanwhile, the dragon in his head cheered at what occurred; he puffed his chest out with pride, but only momentarily before it all came crashing down upon his shoulders. ❛ how come i'm the one who needs to appeal to the pilots ? don't you want any say in this as well ? ❜ not that he had issues with taking credit for his plans, but something about it was confusing. something felt strange around it all.

his head shook at the suggestion. his expression fell flat as his arms crossed over his chest. ❛ if i rest now, then i might not have something clever to tell them, ❜ he stated with a slight chuckle. ❛ but hey, if you're so concerned about me falling asleep on my feet, why don't you talk to them, & i'll go ... rest up a while. ❜ a harmless lie. if anakin had the time to slip away, he would use it for other matters, ( such as contacting padmé  ), but his focus wasn't quite there.

yet, he still found it difficult to move far from the holomap. his mind lingered on other possible plans they could use, not only on this mission but also for future missions. however, it wasn't the time to bring it up, & he knew it. even as he walked closer to his former master & closed some of the space between them, he knew his focus needed to remain on the present. no matter how much his focus tried to cloud, there was no luck as he reached for the force & used it as it reached back to him in whatever way he pleased.

a fair warning, in an effort to refresh some things i will be dropping all threads except for a select few that i wish to keep from katie and venus, as well as my thread with @debelltio ( unless of course you wish to start anew, that's fine either way. )

suffice it to say, i need to do this.

tbh (and this is not me saying it's your or katie's fault) i think the reason you gotta deal with bullshit like this is bc you write sw fandom fav obi-wan and your main ship is with an oc. that's what it's always about, someone just mad about y'all having fun on your terms. idk why people gotta die on that hill but that kinda shit makes them sooo butthurt and im sorry y'all gotta deal with this shit so much. it's wack.

first off thank you, i appreciate you anon, i really do. and yeah honestly you are right about that.

there are many hills to die on in the world, but this one just doesn't seem worth it imo. but on the other hand if people are mad then maybe im doing something right hm?

also side note, obi-wan is my first fandom fav muse so all of this ship stuff is really new to me. just because he is a fandom favorite guys, doesn't mean i have to like all the ships with him.
